DAILY DEMON SHOWCASE

This showcase's demon is of the Night race:

“My name is Night Alp. Have we like, ever met? Maybe once upon a dream?”

Alignment: Neutral-Neutral

Origin: Germanic mythology. An alp is a nocturnal nature spirit. Their name means “elf” and is the source of the word “Alptraum” or “elf dread”, meaning nightmare. Alps draw their powers from the magic hat they wear, which is called a Tarnkappe. During the night, they sit on top of sleeping humans and suck blood from their chests. There are various ways to expel an alp, including steel, crosses, mirrors, and horseshoes, but they are nigh impossible to kill.

In medieval times, several different medical conditions were attributed to night visits of an alp, most notably sleep paralysis. So yes, Alp is literally a sleep paralysis demon. Alps are commonly compared to incubi/succubi so I’m guessing that’s why this one is so cute. Speaking of cute, Alp has a really memorable pose that fits perfectly with a dream demon.

Spoiler: Ms. Marvel Episode 6

A pretty fun-hearty episode especially how they utilised their school facilities to go against Damage Control along with a hint of drama. But it is very interesting right towards the end when Bruno mentioned to Kamala that her genes are almost acting like they were a "mutation." In addition, that post credit scene must have some ties with the upcoming "The Marvels" film in which I think Carol was involved with something at the time before she and Kamala both switched over.

Having watched all six of the episodes, I really do like how the show constructed and build upon Kamala's character development from the beginning to the end.

With Ms. Marvel done, now roll on "I am Groot" and "She-Hulk" next month.

aka the word that I’m so ****ing glad Kamala said in the show, and got to have a bigger body and all that. The X-Men tease combined with Carol probably freaking out about an Earth bedroom with a buncha pics of her will have some high expectations for 2023. Racism within that Damage Control woman was impressively high, and shows that the company can not ****ing win anything (imagine losing to 2 teens and a blind man in under a year). Kamala getting her name because of Abu and her costume from Ami were absolutely wholesome…and just wow…man…Top 3 MCU show from Disney+ by far.

Ngl I find the censored mode in Bayo 3 to be more funny then anything else, especially cause you can just have it uncensored anyway. The game is still M rated.

I think ESRB ratings should consider whether or not the game should be censored. Look at TF2: Low violence mode replaces blood with oil and gibs with random things like burgers, ducks and license plates. That'd definitely be a T-rated game at worst.

Part of the reason I never bought the Bayo games on the Wii U is because the TV screen was in the living room so anyone could walk up to me and see that I'm playing the naked lady game, it's literally the anime when your parents walk in meme
