As I the only one who thinks all this online drama focus on Hades and Persephone is a little creepy? Like in the original story Persephone was a kidnapped child forced into marriage who can only be let out of the house at certain times during the year and her mother is so upset about this that Winter exists! Not to mention some telling a involving Zeus promising his child niece to his BROTHER for marriage which is why he doesn’t just ***** slap Hades and take Kore back. Oh yeah. That’s right. He takes away her name too! Turning this into steamy consensual anime romance just seams a little sick to me.

Huh, I've never heard about this. Kore literally means "maiden", so I've always thought she just took another name after her marriage as she's no longer one.

Demeter and Kore used to be a pair of goddesses worshiped together, so I assume they were supposed to represent two stages of womanhood in pre-Hellenistic vegetation/chthonic cults. Unless they were a three-faced goddess and one of them just got lost in transition.

I still wish we could get my dream lineup of programming. A Superman show on Sunday, a Batman show on Monday, Wonder Woman on Teusday, Flash on Wednesday, Green Lantern on Thursday, Aquaman on Friday, and Martian Manhunter on Saturday. With yearly “Justice League” crossover events. Basically the Arrowverse but good and animated.

what part of the word DREAM do you not understand? It's just my ideal scenario. Not the only thing that will make me happy. And it's not like Batman won't be involved at all. I just think it would be nice is all.

that's what Superman TAS, Superman & Lois, and all the other older shows about him are for...and you should know by now that Batman will never NOT have a show.

The day DC stops overpushing Batman is the day they kill off as many of their characters as possible

I wouldn't say he's ruined. Batman still has many great things going on for him (even after his marriage backfired).

I will check out Superman and Lois, but if there is an origin story, I am not interested. I already know the origin.
Nah. Batman is over. We have had, what. 4 movie series batmen now. He has shown us his tricks. He is boring. Same issue with superman. the writers just dont know what to do with the character. And in batmans case, he is a mary sue now. perfect. Even the newest super batman villain is just evil batman.
