Also, I'd take all three of those people to Yoshi's rather than Lylat. The middle platform on Yoshi's isn't as easy to abuse for them as compared to Lylat IMO.

what can diddy do against snake in the air? snake's bair seems to beat pretty much everything.

also what is the best way to punish a dash attack/DACUS?

Tekkie practice shield grabbing it, otherwise if it's near the ledge when it stops you can side b grab it. If it's goes far past you and you have a banana you can glidetoss it over there and grab.

Well this is how it is. There's a tourney coming up that I'm gonna go too, and what i do is basicly play in training mode and practice random things with nanas :)

and maybe wifi every now and then, but what im getting at is, with the lack of players to play what would suggest i do to prepare for a tourney:dizzy:?

and just might as well ask what do you guys do to prepare?

Practice tech skill.

  • Dribbling, both regular and Pivot (Pivot is for teh shigs + it loosens your hands)
  • Single Nana Locking and Double Dropping (also for shigs and loosening your hands)
  • Wavebounce Popgun Cancels
  • Aerials with a Banana in hand (Z-Drop > Aerial)
  • Pulling Bananas and then catching them with an Aerial or Instant Throwing them before they hit the ground
  • Full Hopping off the side of the stage, pulling two Bananas, and Instant Throwing the second Banana as you jump back onstage
  • Full Hopping a non-smash Banana pull, jumping and pulling another Banana, and Z-Catching the first on your way down
I just had a good idea for a thread.

Does single nana locking work on any character once u get it going, or does it have to be on someone who has a long trip like g&w.

Pivot Dribbling is kinda like Dribbling, only you're Glide Tossing forwards. Double Dropping is where you throw a Banana down on top of someone, catch the Banana as it bounces back up, and throw it down on top of them again all in one jump. If you've ever seen Home Run Contest videos, it's like that.

The SNL works on everyone as far as I know, but nobody has really used it in a tournament extensively >.>

From what I know, it's discouraged that I actually delete threads. Not quite sure why, but oh well ;P It'll go away with time.

haha :D thanks guys, but i found out that my lyrics dont fit with the actual song, i changed the lyrics from a 'lyrics' site, but there the song is in a different order than the actual song :S im gonna change it a bit so that it fits better, ill reupload it when im done....:chuckle:
