how does grab releasing with pummels relate to a move with a decent amount of hitstun bnd little to no lag?Ally does it all the time to adhd when adhd pummels him on the edge
I was talking about jumping while air dodginghow does grab releasing with pummels relate to a move with a decent amount of hitstun bnd little to no lag?
this should only work at low percents though. At higher percents, you get sent too fari remember testing a while back and not being able to jump air dodge out except at lower percents
He's probably practicing it on a CPUyeah, air dodge definitely doesnt work
the thing is that you need them to be below you in order for it to work. You can't spike them if they get sent too far away from you no matter how much hitstun they get.(brawl hitstun)yeah, i am, but it is pretty obvious they cant air dodge.
and no, low percent doesnt mean that it wont work at high percents since you get more hitstun at higher percents, so generally somewhere in the middle is generally best
I think that the middle is still to farwhich is why i said the middle is generally best
too far awaytoo far high or low?
No idea what the hell you just said. lmaoMFK > Edge Cancel > D-Air
is legit. I use it rather frequently. You cannot Airdodge and Jump in time past 35~ish%.
Convo over.
EDIT: Note that even if the opponent is slightly above you in this situation, you will still connect due to D-Air's hitbox. Check the hitbubble video: D-Air actually hits above Diddy.
