Thankyou *man blush*you're rightIt is very well written and you did a very good job on writing it up
thank you for the guide
Well... not completely. You CAN ditto, but only Player 3 can actually control MH so it's pretty stupid.Completely.
Hehe, forgot to post your sig DF.Debatable, I think so but until he is recognized by the majority of people as legitimate character he will be in melee general discussion, because he fits nowhere else.
To get more info on master hand click the link on my sig.
It works on every version. You are doing something wrong. Just look at the guide in the OP and make sure you have done everything I have said.Does Master Hand work in all versions of the game? I run the pal version and it refuses to load him, both on random select (picking venom) and great bay which was claimed to work one post above me.
Your just unlucky.I have followed the two controller method exactly (1 controller goes back before I can reach new entry) and do indeed get to the stage select screen with no character selected for player 3 (player 1 has one and no other controllers are inserted). It refuses to load the stage though.
I'm putting it in the OP, but can I get a confirmation for this from anyone?Found out what my problem was. Can you please put a warning to PAL users that the glitch does not work in 50Hz.
He will lose if he has more damage when the timer runs out. Yes, you have to time him out, and tie with him doing so (while having less damage.)How is master hand even supposed to lose? no knockback so he's unkillable. Do you really just have to time the match out and hope you killed him once or lost by damage?
Any one with a projectile will murder him. He has his uses though as detailed in Grimtuesdays FAQ.Is Master Hand really legal in Tourny play? Even if so, I don't think he's too viable... his moves are so laggy that you can time him out pretty easily, especially with a progectile player like Fox or even Zelda...
His match up against purin is solid. Everyone else in a 1v1 is 0-100 (or near that) in enemies favor. I disagree with your stage assessment his best stage will have to be rainbow cruise as there are many gaps for spikes. Final destination, Ironic that, would be bad for master hand as there is plenty room for his enemies to dodge his attacks.MH has bad matchups against every1 basically and he's beatable in tourney, cause of the 8 min thing. His best stage I would say is FD because he was meant to be there XD and he actually works perffectly there.
No, not quite he does have "good" stages (Yoshi story and Rainbow cruise mostly.)MH doesn't have a best stage, his MUs are 0-100 regardless of stage.

He does not home in on your team member, I tested it my self.Master Hand is great in teams if your teammate is not Port 1.
Actually, even then, you could use homing on your teammate to your advantage.
