tips to get good at melee. Play people who are your own skill often. play people who are better then you whenever you can and try to learn from it. watch vids of the characters you wanna play and learn their comboes and spacing, also start working on matchups and edgeguarding which you can kinda do a little on your own, especially comboes, edgeguarding, movement and consistancy/fluency.

How it works:

2 Hour Time Limit - Nonstop!
3 Setups
Winner stays on
1 point per win (regardless if you were already on or are a challenger)
Most points after time limit wins
If the game runs out of time, both players are off with no points.


Each player is given a score card and placed into a pile.
When a spot is available, the person on the top of the pile will play.

Eventually the best players will separate onto 3 TV's, however, the more you play, the more tired you will get. This will also promote fast kills and gimps, to maximise your points per minute.

7 Min time limit - Strictly!!
Challenger picks stage
-If Random - Winner cannot change character
-If Counterpick - Winner can change character

When you win, put a mark on your score card.
When you lose, take your card and put it to the bottom of the pile.
When there is a free slot, the person on top of the pile takes their card and plays!
