Given that you're talking about a party, and this is a topic about Melee, I assume you're having a party to play Melee. If not, I'd suggest changing your plans for the party.

If I were going, I'd MM you. You know you'd accept, it'd be guaranteed money for you, and I'd get to see your Ganon in person and learn as much from it as I could from one match.

kage, i may be up for that challenge. we'll definitely need to find a TV somewhere and play. i'll do my best to make sure i'm ready...i didn't know i was going to ROM until today, but i plan to take this next week and make my ganon as smooth as ever to give you problems.

You went to TGM4 and one of the NCSUs, didn't you? That's what we used....
next 3 locals haha. OOS stuff will also be factored in though so do work!

Because you didn't clarify I'm going to answer for all 3:
Yeah, I used Fox a good deal at the NSCU where I had to play EMB, Sushi, KP etc. My Falco wasn't moving properly vs Marth so I played Fox some during those sets.
Stingers used Marth all throughout pools (at the least) at the last NSCU.
Victoria...I legit would CP with, not that I couldn't do without, but it would make it easier.
I don't really consider that legitimately CP'ing, especially if it's during pools.

They were definitely legit CP's. Every time someone took me to FoD I switched to Fox and normally just stayed for game 3 if that went okay. haha

a while ago i asked for the panel's opinion on the weight discrepancy between pools matches and tournament bracket matches, and the response from you especially seemed undecided, certainly far from specific.
but i guess this bit here helped me get a more complete answer
Well I imagine some people take pools less seriously so they don't warm up for them, leading to "easier" to use secondaries. This was all I was checking for. XD

It shouldn't matter if it is pools or not technically, but he probably didn't have any important wins in pools.

i play tons of random characters every different tournament, so i dont see a point in putting them all up there personally.
It's more about who you play that you wanna win/when you did win that is looked for honestly.
Edit: Twitch is playing tons of Doc and I do not know why. But I can't really complain because I have learned cool stuff about vs Doc and I have to beat the dark man that likes mushrooms at Apex hard so ah whatever lol.
