I always watch that match between Adam and Gerod almost daily. They interchange the characters, but it almost results in Marth winning every time. Then again - Thems guys know each other too well.

I wrote my thoughts. I have no idea who wins this matchup as I'm not good enough with both characters lmao. It's easy mode for Falcon until people get better. Then I'm not sure anymore....I'll argue the reverse of someone's opinion for funsies though.

At high level, Falco is the hardest character in the game, possibly tied for Falcon. One error should be death vs any other high tier.

Accepting all money matches vs my Fox, Falcon or Marth.

Edit: They're all hard for different reasons.



Falco is hard because you're a slow character and have to commit to shooting a lot so it's hard to read as well(which is why Mango doesn't laser as much I figured out!!!!!)

Fox is hard because it's hard to keep him going at a quick speed and he can get scared because of how hard he gets punished.

Marth is hard because you can't force stuff with him and have to be somewhat patient even when you have momentum or need a comeback.

Sheik is hard for similar reasons to Marth.

I agree with that, all the top tiers are difficult for those reasons, except Sheik who is too simple to even be considered the same way, in my opinion.

Fox/Falco are extra difficult in tourney because it requires you to play very fast for an extended period of time and it's just mentally taxing.

At high level, Falco is the hardest character in the game, possibly tied for Falcon. One error should be death vs any other high tier.

Puff is the hardest to play at high level. Falcos complain about being slow, but they have NO IDEA what slow really is.

Btw, m2k inspired me to use planking jiggs in all my tourney matches, so hopefully i can get this character banned, so we can move on to real melee... mirite guys.

But seriously, you played really well in our matches and i was only forced to camp you because your laser camping was outstanding. I know you think i didn't deserve my win or whatever, but what i will say is that i now know that the battleaxe tournament was you playing very badly and that your vs puff game is much better, you just need to be a little less aggressive and less predictable with your recoveries and you'll have the matchup down.

Someone MM my Mario or Roy.

I'll mm both... or realistically, next, next tournament i will mm both.
