I remember when PP played a mid tier he really liked instead of a soulless top tier that nobody actually enjoys playing

i mean, we don't really have any comparable falcos to you. i mean if he gets ***** by cam, we'll have an idea.

best way to understand would be if you found a way to drag his *** to pound, and make him mm the other noteworthy falcos (th0rn, axe, DEHF, etc).

it just seems like you do some weird stuff that he's conditioned to, and other falcos just...don't do, so he ends up countering things that don't happen. stuff like that...

man if i still get two-stocked by yay wtf will going to pound and playing falcos that are much better than him accomplish? NOTHING that's what.

Twitch has got to be getting really good. I can't wait to see him start destroying people with all the pp practice.

i guess thats what i mean. yay has a very different style than kevin, but i'd figure if you understood fighting falco as a character rather than fighting the "best" falco who chooses a lot of "right" options, then maybe it'd be better. but i suck so i don't really understand how to fight characters rather than players.

Falcon vs Marth is not a walk in the park

Oh yeah for sure, I just have a lot of experiance, my best friend and doubles partner is one of the better falcons in the state (Moo) Just honestly the two things i noticed while playing you was 1.) you try to come over marths head or come down on top of marth too much, uptilt and fair are too good of moves for that. 2.) You didnt grab me enough

I think youll win our MM though because I suck

Also, I have some practice with some good sheiks, so we're both advantaged in some kind of stupid match up. Your words will forever ring in my ears as such:

"I am scared of that knee."

However I'm super training against every Marth I can find atm
That's definitely my hardest MU atm

I don't really know what to tell you to get better though

Well I know that I need to avoid getting kneed because that move ***** me. Most people complain about his grab and his up air, I dont see up air as that big of a deal.

Kevins going to help me in the matchup I think.

Id definetly say that Falcon and fox are my worst matchups at the moment sheiks not that big of a deal for me, I dont think its as bad as people make it out to be.

Falcon Marth is one of the most controversial(if not most) Melee matchups imo.

Falcon's got eaaaaasy combos from grabs, whereas Falcon's a pretty good combo weight himself. They both edgeguard the doodoo out of each other. Falcon is fast but Marth has more range. It's quite an interesting matchup to be sure.

I can show you why Falcon's Up air is a big deal for marth... or just make sure next time josh is around get him on that falcon

Ok, so you have a problem with getting Knee'd well let's look at what Knee does for falcon in general and in this MU. Well all knee does in this MU from what I know is punish.

If your getting one in the face a lot then your spacing is probably a little off or not articulated. In general falcon's will knee marth's who get baited into uptilts or Downtilts. (Theo please mention more if you know). For example, if a marth dash attacks towards me the usual gimmick is to Up-tilt right afterwards. Dash dance knee is how you deal with that.

Random knees shouldn't really happen if you are aware of the space you control at all times because falcon can't really approach you. He's going to be more focused on dash dancing and waiting for you to get baited or just **** up. So if you are getting knee'd you might not be aware of your space in the neutral. Just remember if falcon just runs at you with out thinking and throws that leg out you probably have something that beats it clean.

The reason why a lot of marth players complain about grab is because dash dance grab is a solid punish for a lot of marth **** and mistakes. Also, falcon has ways to combo into it I suppose. Uair, well yeah... uh combos XD

Just work on your spacing and don't let falcon do what ever he wants to.

do i need to go on? it can catch marth if u read the jump, combos into itself, can finish combos where knee isnt a viable option, can pressure marth hardcore on plaforms and force him to shield, AND its a great edgeguard if marth decides to float next to the edge

Whaaaaat, really? I always thought Marth tore him up.

I always watch that match between Adam and Gerod almost daily. They interchange the characters, but it almost results in Marth winning every time. Then again - Thems guys know each other too well.
