Nah, he would be in the spot he is now. He deserves to be in low high tier, but not enough ppl play him, and the ppl who do don't play him well.

well, I fought him once on wi - fi about a year ago and one stocked him in Fox dittos, but all my connections are red so I pretty much think that wi-fi matches mean as much as pile of crap. So with that logic I can't say unless I saw him play someone reputable offline.
