Yeah, but I don't even know what to learn now except to re-work my controls to the way LoZR said so I could jump and aim.

I'm kinda lost Halo-wise. Like there's no standard for high achievement I've seen; I see kills happen, and I get killed alot, but I can't really figure out how to....not make myself die alot and get more kills.

It's frustrating, especially that part where I sucked.

Ah well I was junk talkin that Dominican bro with LoZR. He couldn't handle the Catfish.

Halo doesn't really have a big learning curve. I got good at it this summer while I was staying with a friend for a few months, but it only took me a week or two to get the hang of it. Know when to be aggressive and not be aggressive, and you'll probably do a lot better. Other stuff will probably come to you.

Look up MLG videos and see what they do, there are some things that you might miss otherwise that can give pretty big advantages.

Memorising gun placement and map layouts is the only important thing really.

XBL is all around ******** anyways, the default setups are not competitive hardly at all imo, hence MLG made their own versions of the maps.

Play with "Bumper Jumper" settings
Play on MLG and Team Snipers playlist

Once you figure out the general tactics, try learning weapon and map control. At that point, it's all about twitch aiming and accuracy. Teamwork is CRUCIAL too, always travel in pairs or groups.
