Technically, yes. I am not sure Lucario counts though.
According to Webster's New World Dictionary, beasts are
"1. Any large, four-footed animal 2. one who is gross, brutal, etc."
Since Lucario only has two feet, and is not gross (maybe brutal), I am not sure if he is a beast.
He has four feet. He only uses two for standing.

Well, you stand on your feet. Although Lucarios are known to occationally run on their fore-paws, Brawl Lucario does not. So if Lucario doesn't use his fore-paws as feet but rather hands, does that make them feet or hands?
Their original purpose were to be feet. Our Lucario is just really really creative.

Actually, being an Anthropomorphic jackal (excuse the bad spelling), and the fact its upright implies that Lucario's front paws are equivalent to hands, not feet. Even if Lucario does use them as feet occationally, he could be compared to monkeys - they clearly have hands to pick things up with, but when they run it's on all fours.
Besides, Lucario has arms. He does not have four legs, but two legs and two arms, as he stands upright.

Lucario only has two legs... his arms bend the same way as a humans, his crawl looks very awkard for anything that would naturally walk on four legs, and he always runs on two feet (as per the movie)

So.... I was playing my brothers Lucario and he shot a fully charged Aura Sphere at me while I was Falco. I hopped over and baired him in the face right after it was shot. Like, my kick was coming out AS he releases AuSp and it kind of hovered or rather moved forward VERY slightly. I didn't check to see if it had hitboxes but it just stayed in place for like 4 seconds. What the crap?

Like where it was shot? It was just kind of chilling. He got knocked pretty far and I was already chasing by the time I noticed it so there was no time to get back and check it.

Eh, I've found aura spheres tend to be pretty glitchy. For instance, on Pokemon Stadium 2, everytime they get powersheilded, they pass through the sheilder, and continue moving at half speed BURIED halfway into the floor. Anything weird like this happen to anyone else?

AS will be reflected if you shield while the orb is inside of your shielding range. It has no use at all since it loses its hitbox, so its not really something to even try to do.

i think its pretty obvious... the 'Hi, how are you' thread has 40 or so lucario mainers, which is like 2x more regulars than ive ever seen on any other character forums. no doubt the character rankings thread has a lot to do with it >_>

Yeah, the character rankings thread has a lot to do with it, but I also think that this thread contributes to the influx of Luca mains. People come in here, see how cuddly and nice Lucario mains are, and all of a sudden want to main him.

People are placing very well in tournaments with Lucario, so he is climbing the rankings list. People see that he is in the "B" rank, and think he is a "high tier" character. Hence the sudden influx of Lucario peoples.

Incidently, I should warn you that the Sonic thread turned to Anime and back again. Those guys like their Japanese Sonic X with english subtitles (NOT the 4Kidz version).
