Forgot to put "Pound 5 review" video..

Maybe would have been better if I put highlight video.. meh brain is on lots of othings right now.
Sweet, hadn't seen that so thanks for the link. Yeah, I definitely feel for Armada after seeing him lose like that but he takes it like a champ.

Just a random thought -- Axe's Falco is fun as hell to watch, but I get some serious cognitive dissonance when I watch his Pika. It just seems so much smarter and more patient, like a different player altogether.

I know it's so spirit crushing. ;_;

Also I do agree that USA should travel out to Europe sometime. That's be some epic ish. Just need a hype enough tourney I suppose. I'd love to go across the seas.

there are people who believe this but it is not a common position

edit: that's not to say the impact of referees is non-existent. they clearly affect things like free throw disparity significantly in basketball. it's just not standard to attribute ALL home/road variance to the refs. i know what book you're talking about btw-- scorecasting
True, but also to note: QB ratings were higher in the NFL for visiting quarterbacks.

I'm not saying that there is no such thing as a home field advantage, but I think that people play it up more than it actually exists. I DO think officiating creates a bigger impact in this realm (just look at the NBA and even baseball). Anyways, I was just throwing that out there

Just to recap on what PB&J has just said: In order to be the best, you have to get better.

...

:troll:

Cactuar is the best player.

Everyone know that so why is this thread still open?

Axe gets more impressive wins than Hax does. Look at the brackets of who Hax beats in comparison to Axe's. Sure it's mostly spacies that Axe faces but it doesn't matter because Fox is still a disadvantage MU for Pikachu as far as I remember, and no matter how much Axe knows the MU it doesn't prevent it from being difficult. Back when Axe was barely just starting to rise/be upcoming he beat Jman when Jman was what...considered best Fox even by Genesis?

Axe is only rising higher and higher by the day. I think he significantly improved as of recent and will now probably be inconsistent no more.
so your argument changed from "hax only has one impressive tournament placing" to "axe has impressive wins vs good spacies" ? i see.

i won't even bother listing the people hax has beat. you can do the research yourself its not hard. but you seem to already have your mind made up about whatever you are trying to say so i guess its futile

THE STRANGENESS PREVAILS

Come to think of it, Armada beat the three of us as well.

Come to think of it, Mango beat the three of us as well.

Come to think of it, PP beat the three of us as well.

I won't bother explaining lol. The way you make this sound though is as if Hax is even the best FALCON. The wins that he does have that are good I could see Darkrain doing the same thing and really the only reason Darkrain wouldn't be listed is because inactivity, but really if you're going to list Hax as 5 couldn't Darkrain be in the same spot?

Hax is really good. SS and Darkrain, when they are well practiced and in good form, are better, but right now both are pretty rusty and likely would not perform as well as Hax did at PV. Hax is probably the best falcon in the Shiek mu though. I really want to see SS, Darkrain, Hax, Scar, S2J, GG7, and Fuzzyness do a falcon RR at Genesis.

best falcon depends on MU

hax is best vs sheik/marth
mango is best vs falco, ICs, and idk
falcon dittos prolly s2j and mango, maybe darkrain
vs fox maybe darkrain
ss maybe best vs peach? idk except when he lost to that WA peach that one time *shrug*

that's what i think anyway

When Cactuaris serisous it´s impossible to beat him - even once.

So don´t try to say you have beat him 3 times :glare:
