It may not mean anything, but it's interesting to note that the Switch version for Crash 4 is already arriving next month, rather than one year after the game's release like it was with N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited.

the crash 4 switch conversion is interesting. rather than downporting the game by decreasing the resolution and having a blurry/soft look like many ports, they've reworked the models and assets to have something more cell-shaded, keeping the rez high but getting a different look pic.twitter.com/P5NZUN3drh

...looks like some effort was put into the port, which is a better solution than just "lower resolution and done". And for 40 bucks, not bad.
