Welcome to my first Online Tournament.
I have been planning to make one for a while, and finally I got myself to do it.
So Gf2tw presents!:

How to sign up
Use this format when registering:
Username/Tag/Friend-Code/Characters used
Example: Gf2tw/SPAZ/1934-2694-3644/:metaknight:

The only requirment to join is having 25 posts (or people vouching for your activity) to ensure you're active enough to do your matches. When singing up, make sure you know you can do your matches.

Rules
So my tournament will have no special rules, it's really average.
The tournament will have 16 entrants with Double Elimination OR 32 entrants with single elimination.

The standard rules apply here;
--You have 4 days to play your match after the new round begins.
-- Contant your opponent trough VM please, that way I can see who first tried to contact. Not possible to VM your opponent? PM him. In the case of both players (not) showing good effort to make a match, they will either get an extra day, or a replacement instead of a winner.
-- Both players must confirm the results of the match.
-- Best of 3, first to win 2 games wins, Winners Finals, Losers Finals and Grand Finals will be best of 5
-- 3 Stocks, 8 minutes.
-- Items set to "Off" and "None"
-- You may not counterpick a stage you previously won on in the same set.
-- If time runs out, the player with most stocks wins. In the case both players have the same number of stocks, the player with the lowest % wins. In case both players have the same visible %, the Sudden Death must be played out.
-- A game ending with Bowser or Ganondorf's Special suicide move results in the win for Bowser/Ganondorf. If the game ends with any other suicide move, the Sudden Death must be played out.
-- Stalling is forbidden (this includes MK's Infinite Dimensional Cape glitch).
-- You may counterpick a stage not included in the lists below if the other player agrees to it.
-- IF ONE of the players wishes to do so, BOTH MUST use the striking procedure to choose the first stage to be played on. Else, just pick your starter stage and let Brawl randomly choose among the two.
-- After that, counterpicking proceeds as usual: Losing player picks stage, winning player picks character, losing player picks character.
-- Infinite Chaingrabs ARE allowed (King Dedede, Ice Climber, etc.)

Seeing this tournament isn't all too popular, I'll start this at 16 people, using a double elimination. This is kinda of your tournament, but international.
I just do this for a blue name and a drawing LOL!

I'll leave a spot open for you if you decide to join.
