Altho shaun is a driver too, if you wouldnt mind driving instead of me, I have the same johns as Mike2, been driving the past few weekends... also your backseat has a very high chance of being less leg-pain inducing than mine as well.

another thing i forgot to mention... my car, or the car im riding with, we cant leave until i get out of work at 4:30 friday.... combined with a 3 hour drive minimum puts us there at 7:30.

ok **** disregard all that above, just checked the actual whobo thread and if i go to work friday i miss ****ing EVERYTHING. If I don't go to work friday that changes my workweek from 53 hours to 44. almost completely making all the OT from mon-thurs useless. F. M. L.

EDIT: I'll be driving.

I had gas costs figured out, but then I realized that I forgot to factor in highway MPG, city MPG, gas prices in Houston, coefficient of friction, weather, etc.
I know someone in TXDOT that can help me figure this out, so I'll get back to you guys about it on Monday.

In the meantime, Zifien should decide on a car.
...kinda makes me feel like one of the parents of a lone child after divorce to say something like that, though.

To my understanding, not too many are going to be in Austin this week for a fest. Also, we're leaving Thursday, Shiken XD(Collin's car) Smashfest can be on Wednesday if you want to host then. We can leave early or whatever since you have to work the next day, but I think we should some practice in. And yea I don't mind teaming at all.

I think the total gas cost between the two cars is going to be around $82, so it'd probably be about $11.72 per person. Still not sure yet, though.
Someone also needs to remind me to give Collin half of the cost of one person's share since I'll have one more passenger than he will.

If you park your car at Anime Matsuri/WHOBO 3 you will be charged a fee of 20$ per day that covers you from the 17th-20th(thurs-sun). Go to the link below and print out the Voucher so that you get a 10$ discount per day on parking. Bring the voucher with you and present it to the person who charges you for parking. If you have already bought a hotel room IN THE WHOBO 3 VENUE then you will not have to pay any fee for parking(make sure you have your hotel receipt as proof). This means parking is very limited so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE carpool and show up as early as possible or you may need to park down the street.
