EDIT: By the way, I went ahead and replaced "U.N. Owen was Her?" with "Battle Artist", the Tales of Legendia main battle theme.
I really don't know why people keep saying that Legendia's the worst tales game. It has the best music in the series (and it's actually one of the only Tales games that Sakuraba didn't compose music for) and characters that are actually interesting.

That's... that's a very good question.

I don't know much about the Bowser and Oli matchup, but I figure it's a tough one for Bowser.

 

[Sky Pirate]

With a grab and a single good read, Olimar can get something like 96% on Bowser in a single (psuedo-)combo.
That assumes you have the time and drive to win to run away long enough to get a good line before starting the (psuedo-)combo.

That said, playing the match-up normally probably isn't that bad for Bowser on certain stages (like Yoshi's Island), but in a normal counter-picking situation, Bowser definitely seems to get the short end of the stick.
Dunno the Bowser side of the matchup, so I can't say anything about his end.

Just don't get discouraged. You'll learn quickly when you're thrown into it. Still might take a few fests to start, though.
