Just don't get too discouraged at first, Zifien.
While much of the Austin crew is fairly new (I've only been part of it for a year myself), most of us have been playing competitively and have a good amount of experience. ^^;
Smashfests are fairly laid-back (unless you're playing against Ricky and his CONSTANT **** FACE), but we usually have some serious matches at each one.

BTW. tofer's a really bad troll/TRAITOR from SA.
