Really? Did you bother reading my post on why Fox, Marth, and Falco should be top tier? If we went strictly by tourney results...what happened to PC Chris placing top 3 nearly every tourney in MLG last year with Falco. And of course we can just ignore the rising Forward and DaShizWiz who have claimed utter dominance in their regional tournaments and placing quite high in nationals.

it's not a counterpick, no where close, i think that was like the first time chu lost to a falcon...i don't think he's lost to one since he lost to isai's, and that was a while ago, falcon should never fight ICs, there's only teh exceptional few

Again, this isn't the best indicator since a lot of other big tourneys are left out (although these are 11 of the biggest tournaments of the last two years) this does show pretty consistent results with Marth, Fox, and Falco all belonging in the Top Tier. If you disregard ChuDat (haha he's too good), you'll see that Marth, Fox, and Falco have a win rate in the top 4 places about four times more than the next series of characters played at the high level; that's pretty significant even if the sample size is small.

I have heard M2K and Chu say that falcon is good against the Climbers.
As a Luigi main I don't find the climbers to be too difficult for the plumber. I took 2 stocks from chu in tournament (I don't think he was sandbagging a lot), and I don't claim to be very good at all.
