Actually I talked to the guys who own the Arcade in Wolf Chase mall, they said they'd be glad to host one and they even have a kinda separated area they said they could move the machines out of so we could set up as much stuff as we want... I need to go back up there... or someone does so we can talk to them.

Edit: this was some months ago.

Well the reason she didn't let you, was because you arrived late. I heard the original conversation about bringing tvs. She told toast that he had to arrive very early to set everything up so it ended on time. Toast didn't arrive till after you guys so there was no way it would workout. On another note I told jack to come alot earlier but he refuesed and said he looked at the time. He was right, but still decided to come kinda last mintue.

We did get there a bit early. It doesn't take over an hour to setup TVs....

I'm not sure how competitive this is going to be.
Items, no items, ban on chaingrabbing (at the first tournament I went to they banned chaingrabbing until I was in the semifinals, then they told me I could).
I'll see if I can go up to the store sometime this week and ask them.

But, I don't think any of you would come anyways.
Best thing there would probably be seeing me in person as well as my friend.
That is, unless someone there is actually good.

By the way, my friend goes by JuniorToons on here.
He lives in Jackson as well.

If so, I'll definitely be there.
We're driving back to Memphis from a Nashville tourney that day, so why not stop in Jackson on the way for some Melee friendlies?

Edit: Oh wow, and now I look at the map, and it's right off I-40. We'd have to be some cold-hearted *******s not to stop and play some friendlies. See you Sunday.

We are supposedly doing laser tag part of Sunday, so by the time we actually get to Jackson, who knows what time it'll be.

I really hope they'll be alright with us playing some Melee friendlies.

Umm...
As you know, I haven't had practice against anyone of skill in....a little over a year.
And that was only three matches.
Not to mention that's my only time fighting anyone close to my level (he was on or above it).

Anyways, I can't wait.
It's about time something good happened to me.

I'll have project melee with me, aka they are trying to make Brawl into Melee 2.0 exactly. We could put that in and hopefully they won't notice. >_>

I really should ask them if they're alright with us sticking around for friendlies when the tournament is finished.
They'll probably let us, but I don't know for sure.

They said, "The best answer, in this case, is don't count on it. It all relies on how big the turnout is and what time it ends."
So...
Yeah.
Don't count on it, but....uh.....come anyways, since there's always a chance.

Also...
The tournament is going to have items.
Some items are banned (I didn't hear about stage banning :urg: ), but that's just how it's gonna be.
I forgot to ask about chaingrabbing and stuff, though....

hey guys whats up. im originally from htown tx, but im visiting my dad in brentwood till july 11th and hoping i get the chance to play some melee wen im up here. so everybody plz let me know if anything goes down such as tournaments or smashfests ect. later yall

haha well i dont know where much is around here since i literally got here about 3 days ago and its my first time in Tennessee. pretty much all i can tell you guys for sure is that i live literally right next to the mall in Brentwood. Not gonna lie though Tenn is a ****** place, hopefully i can get some ****** melee in before i go back :p
hmm well i guess ill just fill you in on who i play with and whatnot. i stared playin melee about 4 years ago or so (wow i have no life), haha anyway i have played alot with jiggs. i mained her for most of my smash career. but ive been using captain falcon and fox for some good time as well (but who doesnt lol).

People to who it matters! Iori yagami will be having a birthday ish parr-ty. Most likely it won't be at my place so yeah. Anyway, all that know me should expect melee and cake.

It's june the 22nd but I won't be doing things that day. Call if you are interested. We might do something this weekend. Jack what do you say we do it at your place, if not I will find a place.

This weekend I have a wedding to be at but depending how long your shindig runs, I will try to make an appearance. Sure I could talk Niteman into coming.
