Diddy's guitar clearly can be used to SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH! Pikachu to death w/o him being shocked.

I hear Diddy has a jukebox he can use to smash Pika with.
And a hat to throw at Pika so he can't see for a very brief second. Once Pika gets it off, his skull will be bashed or his legs will be broken.
He also has a guitar he can use to swing at Pika. A chimp knows how to do that.

Diddy throws the poo at Pika until the poo gets in his eyes. Pika can't do "crap" (LOL) as he can't see, at least for a few seconds. Diddy goes *smash* on Pika's skull and kills him.
Chimps throw poo so it's quite plausible he'd do it and have it actually work.

Flatten a monkey with it.... but now that I think about it, the surfboard was only present in one instance of the game, deeming it not really usable, especially since it was only present in a cutscene and not so in the gameplay itself....

That means Lucario should beat Wario since there is no hindering movement Lucario is able to attack effectively against Wario,
as for pikachu you guys said Diddy won for BS reasons.
electricity beats both of them.
If you want proof you should just run into an electric fence or something. except the voltage is much higher (yeah I said it) JKJK, but still, pikachu's electricity is lethal enough to take out both of them in their respective M's
