Falcon also beats Mario as well. And ZSS could be a tie, but I doubt everyone will agree to that.
Plus I don't feel like getting into that argument debate again.
And maybe we should do 3rd party people after this round. We know enough about every character to make a TDB tier list and determine who the TDB is, so Rd. 6 could feature other people as well.

fox is smaller and has a more specialized sensory array than falcon, making him much more susecptable to ZSS's paralyzer for a dealy hit rather than paralyze.

I mean, it would need to be a tesla coil to work with that node, and we've been over how fail itd be as a weapon at that size

the design seems correct you'd just need a good enough power source to hold a charge for a decent period of time (depends on how trigger happy wario is) and nodes to direct the charge.

you'd also need enough power to be able to arc it from a good distance.

We established that Lucario being a steel type isn't plausible in RL.
Also Pika has to touch Cario with his cheeks to shock him.
Luc is almost 4' and weighs 120 lbs iirc.
Pika is barely 1' and is 13 lbs.
