Off the top of my head, I’d like to see:
Mia being spirit channeled by either Maya or Pearls, bang.
That'd feel like too much work to pull off. I'd rather it just be a static shot of the courtroom.
The stage from DQXI moves around the overworld, something like that but in a courtroom doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility.
If you're implying the textbox actually says things according to who's actually in the courtroom, then I think it'd be a bit much.
This is pretty nicely put together, only thing I'd say is that I think all DLC spirit boards come with just 1 legendary so far? Outside of a few other subjective rarity adjustments, I feel Ema is significant enough to be part of this.
He hasn’t been deconfirmed by Vergeben or Sabi yet at least, though I’m hesitant to believe what they say to begin with, A Capcom rep is looking more and more likely for the next fighter as well, though that’s only speculation.

Only appeared for a dream. Be odd to see it in court...
i suppose, but there are a few things in the game that are a bit odd to see together
I could see nightmare judge as Phoenix’s final smash maybe, with the ringtone and all playing as the gavel strikes down on any opponent caught.
I think that would be too similar to UMVC3 for my liking. For his FS I'd like something similar to Megaman's.
Interesting that they use the sparkle as the series icon. I guess it's the only consistent thing in all of the logos.
I can’t really see anything other than the sparkle for the symbol, honestly. Maybe an attorney’s badge or a transparent speech bubble? The sparkle fits perfectly due to its consistency but I’m still not sure what it’s meant to represent.
If Kirby and Terry can both have stars, I’m sure it won’t be an issue if they go that route.
I've seen certain imagery in media that looks similar to it. Maybe it's supposed to mean Judgement?

's suggestion, it makes a lot of sense. Normally characters from an unlocalized game have a bit of change to appear as a spirit, but this is Capcom's characters we're talking about, not Nintendo's. Capcom most likely has no interest in localizing the Dai Gyakuten Saiban games, so I don't think Ryunosuke has a change in getting in as a spirit;

Whoa, just wait a sec thre pal, I do think Nick is a bit slept on and hes literally the only character left I genuinely want in Smash, but I wouldn't make such a bold statement.
I wouldn't go as far to say that Wright will "without a doubt" be the next Capcom rep. Yes, he has a lot going for him and is one of the more likely candidates, but there's also the possibility of a Resident Evil or Monster Hunter rep, two IPs of Capcom's that are doing pretty well and popular right now, and has more relevance than the Ace Attorney series at the moment. Yes, the "character has to be fun, not relevant" argument still stands, but that's Sakurai's ideology on the subject, not Capcom's, who has to give him the rights to the character at the end of the day.
