I actually took a note from the Cutie J spirit as they are both a heroic personas, or in this case, a fictional superhero that was passed around by multiple actors last worn by Mr. Butz in the Miles Edgeworth game to impress a girl which sort of fit as while he definitely didn't get the girl Steel Samurai by itself is a pretty popular character in-universe.

Here's the thing. Disney doesn't own the rights to Uniracers. Nintendo still does, but they are not allowed to distribute it due to the frankly ridiculous court case, to which Pixar and by extension Disney have never gone after again because we realize that unicycles as an object can really only look one way; but due to not being legally allowed to distribute it, referencing it in any capacity with visual images of the unicycles would likely be breaking the terms of the case. Ergo, the Mii costume (which, by the by, I see as just another one of those unnecessary "weird for the sake of being weird" nonsense from W3) would be hitting some touchy territory and could lead to another lawsuit, though honestly, if it were to go to court, assuming the judge isn't some old gasbag who knows nothing about computers, would likely be overturned.

That said, why would Nintendo even want to do with legal issues over an obscure, forgotten, and irrelevant, dormant IP which barely anyone remembers, unless they wanted to promote a new game, which uh, is definitely never going to happen. It's not a legacy franchise, it's a one-of game that got them in trouble before. Why would they even try, especially when creating another unicycle model is cheaper and easier, and would probably end up in a Mario or Kirby game instead.

Edit: There's also the fact the game never released in Japan. Getting rights to things from Western countries for Eastern purposes is more difficult than the inverse.

A light correction; Nintendo doesn't even hold the legal rights to it as they were just the publisher and not the developer; the rights would legally belong to the developer, Rockstar, and by extension the parent company of Rockstar, Take-Two.

Some spirits were modified for balance:

• Larry Butz is no longer enhanceable, but the Steel Samurai will be a standalone spirit. This is because those who only buy the Steel Samurai Mii Costume will be unable to fight the Larry Butz spirit and enhance it.
• King Boo no longer appears in Maya Fey's battle for the same reason as above. They are replaced by a Dry Bowser and Minecraft Zombie.
• Franziska is a Primary Spirit rather than a Support Spirit. Reason being is that we have too many supports.
  • She's also a Grab type.
• Godot has unfortunately dropped down to Ace. Reason being is that we have too many Legends.
• All other modifications made were in an attempt at consistency with existing conditions.

Larry Butz is no longer enhanceable, but the Steel Samurai will be a standalone spirit. This is because those who only buy the Steel Samurai Mii Costume will be unable to fight the Larry Butz spirit and enhance it.

Would probably be amazing if you buy the Steel Samurai Mii you will automatically get his spirit, kinda like those bonus spirit like Partner Pikachu and Sophia.

I personally wouldn't mind if Legends Arceus got a character, but only if it was the Hisui Trainer.

My argument? They'd be the first human from Pokemon to actively participate in a fight, unlike Pokemon Trainer. They have items like Smoke Bombs, Mud Balls ad Balms to throw at opponents, and they can briefly use Pokemon to attack people. Which Pokemon, I dunno, except aside from PokeBalls, the Ride Pokemon like Wyrdeer and Ursaluna could make for a great combination of Wario's Side B with Sora's cycling Neutral B.

Our timeline is a bit different as we are technically in the future but also technically occurring now. Had we done a launch Pokemon newcomer, I could see us focusing on legends Arceus. I think a newcomer could be potentially interesting. That being said, one idea I had was for us to create a fakemon and then use that as a possible Pokemon dlc if we go that route.

We will be submitted four alternate colors for Incineroar, Piranha Plant, and Joker. Incentoar won’t have have alternate costumes that changes the model. That being said, colors should be based on Pokemon (no Tony the Tiger please). Joker has two alternate costumes already so we won’t be adding more so four recolors please. Finally, Piranha Plant will focus on colors but if you want to submit an alternate costume that works for Piranha Plant based on Mario-content; you may submit it.

An enemy found in Super Mario Sunshine, and a goop-based species of Piranha Plant. This is a Pipe alt for Piranha Plant, who gains a brown head with a brown stalk. Both the leaves and the spots on its head are white while the pipe is alsoa copper brown.
