Everyone seems to have so much trouble with it. I personally found it fun and simple once I figured out the beat. Beat it on my second try because I got lax and thought I had all 5 Silver Stars after the the fourth the first time through xD

That darn Galaxy that looks like 8-bit Mario returns. I hated that in the original, but it's easy now. That Rolling Coaster stage is awesome though.

Oh my god, I just got the game today and I felt a sudden rush of nostalgia.

You can climb up trees just like in 64 and the way he does a handstand at the top just brought it home

Concerning the Thwomp text, he indeed did have the same text from SM64. I thought that was entirely genius. The only difference is that he says "Dang It!" when you beat him.

I'm at 95 stars so far, and still making progress. Spectacular game.

I hated the Rolling Masterpiece Galaxy...

I've always just hated that **** ball, although they did down the difficulty from MG1.

I had to lol at the Supermassive Galaxy. I was hoping I'd get a lot of money from that giant coin, but I guess not XD

My brother saw that I could Wall-jump between the Thwomps in Supermassive. I can't believe I missed that >_<
Thanks to him, I beat the Prankster comet star for that one.
I'm currently trying to find hidden stars and beat Prankster Comets.

I too was rather disappointed about Rosalina's role in SMG 2. She played a much bigger role in the prequel. Strangely enough, while Rosalina only had a minor role in SMG 2, Yoshi only appeared as cameos in SMG (Yoshi himself was never present).

If you have Gecko, you should be able to run it through Gecko and bypass the "mandatory" update.

The following are spoilers. Do not read if you don't want to be spoiled.

If you collect 240 stars, the Grandmaster Galaxy will be open. Get that galaxy's Comet Medal, and give the Green Toad 9999 Star Bits to unlock the Grandmaster Galaxy's Prankster Comet.

The Grandmaster Galaxy's Prankster Comet is the Daredevil run, where you must complete that entire galaxy with only 1 hit point. To make matters worse, no checkpoints. However, music from the original SMG does play.

If you survive the Daredevil run, Rosalina will congratulate you, and appear on the Starship Mario as well.

Get priiloader and block disc updates. You only need to update your IOS's to play the game. SMG2 needs ios56

I'm at the 200 Star mark. Getting the Green Stars is a breeze if you know what to hear and where to look.

I can't find the third green star at Clockwork Ruins though, but because I hate that Galaxy so much I'm not really bothered to search for it. Same for Fleet Glide Galaxy, lol.

I <3 SMG2. It's fun and the worlds are much better than SMG. But I do have a question that's sorta SMG related.

I updated my wii previously through homebrew to get 4.2. And when I got SMG2, I updated again and my wii is still 4.2. So will homebrew still work? I've been to busy playing SMG2 to find out.
