Starcraft 2 (Info on first post!)

I'm so baaaaddd now lol. Well, its mainly due to the fact I went to a 15.6" laptop screen to a 23" widescreen LED. Its super trippy and I have no idea what mouse sensitivity to use. It feels like I'm either not able to be accurately enough because its too fast, or the mouse is way too sluggish on screen. I still know everything and in terms of tactics I haven't rusted; its just my apm has gone to complete and utter ****

thats what happened to me too when i got my last screen. just keep playing at the same sensitivity loland youll adjust naturally. i love my new screen now.

i dont remember having an issue switching to my new screen, which is odd because its completely different. I had an old box clunky monitor, but for xmas i got an HDTV that works perfectly as both a monitor and a TV for my xbox and such. I think i played a lot of mass effect and some other games before finally switching to SC2, which helped.

Fyi i changed my character code in my tourney app on the last page. Didnt realize it changed with my name change

Not that it matters but my friends and I were the ones who threw the beach balls into the crowd after game 1 of Boxer vs MMA at MLG Anaheim yesterday.

Yep. Also when we threw the balls the first people that they hit didn't do anything, they just held them instead of toss them around. I yelled "throw the beach ball you ****ing ******" really goddamn loud at the guy on my side of the crowd and it wasn't until someone ran up, grabbed it from him and threw it that they started bouncing.

Just started getting into this game last week, lol. Just started trying to learn all the hotkeys.

I have no idea what I'm doing, D;, but I'm having a lot of fun. Haven't enjoyed an RTS this much ever since I played... SCI as a kid, lol.

Any tips for me?

Look up the bare-bones opening and practice making stuff.

Where the numbers before are your supply count when you should start building it, and until you become super-high-level you should ALWAYS be making SCVs/Probes/Drones,
it's something like
10 Supply Depot
12 Barracks
13 Refinery
15 Orbital Command
15 Supply Depot
15 Marine
for Terran,

9 Pylon
10 Chrono Boost your Nexus
12 Gateway
14 Assimilator

for Protoss,

Zerg's builds are race-matchup specific unfortunately.

also 14hatch/14pool against every race, but against P and T i like to be a little greedy

You can't do 15 gas / 14 pool against Terran unless you're doing an all in >_>
