After a rigourous application process for about 12 people, the new 2009 panel has been decided! Congratulations to CPU, Champ and BoA for being elected as panelists for the Southern California Brawl Power Rankings.

changes in the ranking:

DEHF is number 2. Previously wasn't on the list.
Fiction moved up 9 spots. He used to be 12 but now number 3.
TKD moved up 5 spots. He used to be 10 but now number 5.
BoA moved up 1 spot. He used to be 7 but now number 6.
Teba moved down 4 spots. He used to be 3 but now number 7.
Shadow moved down 4 spots. He used to be 5 but now number 9.
Ajax moved down 1 spots. He used to be 9 but now number 10.
Tyrant is number 11. Previously wasn't on the list.
Bardull is number 12. Previously wasn't on the list.
Champ is number 13. Previously wasn't on the list.
Hall moved down 1 spot. He used to be 13 but now number 14.
MogX is number 15. Previously wasn't on the list.

Congratulations to everybody that made it onto the list!
To people that moved up, good stuff guys
to people that moved down, step it up son
to people that want to be on the list, just do what Hugs do

4-Fiction (he is a really good wario, just won WGF but i dont think its good enough to put him in top 3 just yet)
5- is a toss up imo between shawdowrob, teba, boa, and leepuff all great players in there own right

Also good **** Champ for not being taken over by the darkside (Top Tier Characters) and making the list.

yeah I'm gonna go ahead and change everyone to their respective counties so....

Los Angeles County
Orange County
San Bernandino
Riverside
San Fernando Valley
San Diego
Imperial
Kern
etc etc etc.

makes everything look a bit neater, cept i'm pretty sure 10 people or so are from LA county

oh by "I'm gonna" i mean champ'll do it
