Discussion Leaders are the equivalent of a local member of parliament. They keep an eye out in the rooms they frequent and are tasked with bringing any issues to Virg (The Discussion Leader leader) any improvements they can think of and so forth.

With the new social group layout, is there a way to see which groups have been posted in recently?

This is supposed to work: http://www.smashboards.com/group.php?do=grouplist&sort=lastpost&order=desc
But there's a glitch that just shuffles the groups at the top. Another thing you could do is to check for bold titles in the list of groups you're in.
Oh yeah, every other group on the list is messed up, but I guess that would work.
I'm in quite a bit of groups, and it can be hard to see which ones are bold unless I scroll down very slowly.
I must not be seeing what you guys are seeing. How is the sort-by-last-post-view glitched?

Yeah I'm definitely not seeing that. Going to have to look into why that's weird for you.
Although I'm going to guess that it's just the display that's screwed up, not the order. Fox Back Room's last post was not in June 2009. So you can still use that view even if the times it gives aren't accurate.

I have a suggestion.
We should get a function that gives us easy access to talking to other players with the same interest; To brawl with people near you. It could be really useful and maybe can call it uh.. The Mate Searcher!!

Yes, unless you ask an admin very nicely but the chance of succeeding with this plan is very unlikely.

Yeah, admins no longer do name changes for people. Getting Premium is the only way to go about doing it now.
