When getting a name change do people that have the name but in like all caps count as the same name?

ex. you = YOU ???

Premium members have the option to "prank" another user or themselves, if they want. Pranked members have this colour for their username, and pranked! as their custom title.

Frown is correct. Members are invited to the Backrooms depending on their popularity and ingenuity. Asking how to get into the Backrooms is equivalent to "losing the game".

There's no way to "get in". It's like becoming a moderator -- the more you inquire about it, the less likely it becomes. Think of it like the movie Fight Club. You're not going to be able to find a Fight Club, but some guys that frequent the bar you work at as a bouncer that think you look like you'd be cool may one day invite you. Just be casual and hope you're noticed. We can smell forced coolness from Switzerland.

So this DR blue skin is letting me post my sig in places I'm not usually allowed to, like DGames. It also allows me to post my sig when my post is short, like this post. When I switch to Classic Blue, it takes away the "show your signature" box in these places. Is this purposeful?

You can't. You have to request that a moderator close that thread. The best way to do this is to figure out who moderates that room at either a)request that it be closed in the thread or b) PM them asking it to be closed.
