I asked since I don't particularly like the trollface emoticon, and it's not seen as a cause for trolling. Basically the large majority of trolling infractions given are without a trollface.

there is trolling and then there is real trolling. Most people troll a little bit, aka make subtle jokes or make light jabs at other people. Real trolling, ala VirusBlueMage is much different.

I seem to have issues posting visitor messages. It could just be that the users in question only accept VMs from people on their friends list, but I'm also unable to send anything to my singular friend.

How do you change the text under you name?

User CP > Edit your details > custom usertitle or something.

Normal users can't, you need to be a member of a group such as premium.
Should be good now.
The above post is correct, you need to be a Premium user or be mod+ for it to be custom. It can also be changed by joining/being admitted to certain groups, like Smash Writers, where the title can be changed to the preset option of "Smash Writer"

Furthermore, the IBWC don't have full mod powers. If stuff needs to be moved or infractions/warnings need to be given out, I'm the one that does that. Also there was a disconnect between the IBWC and staff leading to our purpose being kind of unclear and questions directed at staff here literally not being answered for months. That was basically eliminated once we got someone here to directly ask the higher-ups questions/let them know stuff.
