Since this game is so incredibly broad in its scope, we could extend that scope down to the fighters themselves. By that I mean, maybe Sailor Moon could include music and minor content from any magical girl franchises. And the same could be done for other fighters like Goku having some content from Jump franchises, too.

Because of the slight lull in activity, I'll do two jobs here, even if it's rather late at night.
Job #24: Submit a multiplayer gameplay mode.
Anything besides regular VS Mode. An Enemy/Boss Rush you can do with your friends? A Card Game? Special Smash sort of thing? Any sort of thing goes, as long as more than one player can play it simultaneously.

By that, I mean, they are that animal, not that they take the moniker of that animal. So Batman or Spider-Man are not it, but ones like Kermit the Frog, Mickey Mouse, and some other ones you may have been thinking of would be.

King of the Hill

The Mode is about being on top of the map for 10 seconds and you need to prevent others from knocking you out from Hill, where you stay.
If you climb on top and stay for 10 seconds, you win, but if someone is on the top, you lose along with others.

Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog)

Sonic the Hedgehog is main Protagonist of series of same name. He is a blue Hedgehog with unparalleled speed that allows him to go faster than Car or even others in Speed of Sound.
Sonic is a SEGA's mascot, which he was third after Opa-Opa (Fantasy Zone) and Alex Kidd and he is the Current one.
Sonic is also Iconic Video Game icon due to his popularity of his games like the Original Sonic the Hedgehog released on 23 June of 1991 on Sega Mega Drive and even he was Mario's Rival in 90's, but they became friends after in 90's when SEGA started to make games on 3rd Party consoles like Nintendo, XBOX or Playstation, which it led Sonic to join Smash Bros as Guest character.

Sonic's moveset could be similar to Smash bros' one, but he could have better moveset like Aerials could be Shields like Bubble Shield or Fire Shield as Aerial for example. He won't have broken moveset like in Smash, which it could make him Balanced in Pop-Culture Clash.
He could have Gimmick with Boost meter, where he uses it while doing Forward Special (It can run out, so use it wisely).
He could also retain his Iconic Super speed as his dash speed.
He could also have potential with Super Attacks like he could transform into Super Sonic or he could summon other SEGA Characters like Alex Kidd to defeat opponents.

I nominate Sonic the Hedgehog as Animal character, because he could be second Video Game Rep that could be Video Game icon and he could represent SEGA and it's Non-sonic properties like Fantasy Zone or etc.
Besides that, it could also allude to Rivalry between Mario and Sonic back in 90's which it was also popular game event known as Console Wars.
Nuff said about Sonic, since he could be another VG icon added into Pop-Culture Clash.

Bugs Bunny
An iconic cartoon character. He's probably one of the biggest omissions from our current roster. The potential of having him and Mickey Mouse face off is huge. With plenty of iconic gags and bits, he has a lot of moveset potential. Plus can you imagine the potential alts?

My Multiplayer Mode submission will be a strange one: PCC Jam
Named for NBA Jam, the classic 90's arcade basketball game with exaggerated effects and its own pop cultural guest stars, we will have a mode that simulates basketball, with the characters still fighting each other, of course. The characters will fight on a large platform with two hoops on each end, knocking each other around, but rather than the main goal being trying to knock each off the stage (though you can do that, I suppose), the main goal is to knock the other player(s) into the hoop opposite your side. There will be teams, though you can just have 2 players instead of 3, 4, etc. Other hazards can exist, mostly cannons will show up that can launch foes a certain distance. Basically, it will be a formally scored version of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3PgjpX0Ts8 , but with added effects and voice lines from NBA Jam (I.E. "He's heating up! He's on fire!" "Boomshakalaka!"). There will be timers, usually, much like basketball, or you can play on "HORSE" mode, where you simply play until you or the other player scores five points, or five letters, spelling the word "HORSE", in case you haven't heard of that game before.

Job #24: Gambling

Spectator Mode in Smash is underrated. With friends, with the stakes of losing your digital coins, it can be really fun in small bursts. You never have any idea how good someone will be at Smash online, after all! We could implement a similar online casino in PCC here, with the ability to spectate any given online match. It's a small thing, but it's unique.

Job #25: Laika

Laika the space dog was the first animal to orbit the Earth! A Soviet cosmonaut, she survived the launch in the capsule until she sadly passed away in Low Earth Orbit, but the diagnostics on her spaceship gave the Soviets valuable biological information that paved the way for all human spaceflight in the future. Because of her notable achievement, reaching a place that to this day very few humans have been, she's one of the most famous dogs who ever lived, a Russian treasure and a pioneer in spaceflight. In our game, Laika will spruce up her moveset by taking on various common elements of sci-fi like laser projectiles or rockets for upward movement. She'll also rep her Soviet heritage with her cosmonaut design and, if we wanna have her speak voice lines, speaking in Russian.

Job #25: Gorilla (Gorilla Tag; VR Game)

Gorilla Tag is a VR game that exploded in popularity somewhat, and is a really fun game where players control a Gorilla by moving their arms while Tag is being played. The Gorilla would be a unique fighter in that they probably wouldn't be able to walk or run, but they have potential to be the fastest character if played right while having great mechanical depth to them and being to hit fighters really hard because they're a Gorilla.

Reasons to consider returning to Monke is they would be great VR rep, would be really interesting as a fighter, and would be a great surprise.

Scratch Cat is the mascot of the programming language Scratch. Scratch is a language designed to be accessible to children and easy to learn in order to help them start programming. Scratch Cat could fight with the blocks and sprites used in Scratch. And could possibly even use programming to alter himself like Shulk's Monado Arts.

Wallace and Gromit

Two British icons, dairy-loving inventor Wallace and his silent snarker dog Gromit tend to find their lives turned upside down when Wallace's inventions or business venues go awry and get the duo caught up in supernatural incidents or local crimes, leading the faithful hound to save the day. Wallace & Gromit would function in this game as a duo (think Smash Duck Hunt or NASB Ren & Stimpy rather than Ice Climbers or a stance fighter), with Wallace using his inventions for weaker attacks that pile on damage, and Gromit using his claws (and maybe a rolling pin or two) for strong but risky attacks that send foes flying.

Job 24: Boss Butch (Yes I stole the name from Kirby)
A boss rush styled game mode. Each main franchise has several boss characters you can potentially fight, though only one per franchise is used per go around. Some bosses are from non main franchises, giving more diversity to the bosses you can fight. There are break rounds in between, where some limited healing items are, meaning you must use them wisely between rounds. Upon completing all the main rounds, you will be challenged by an Entity who brought this whole thing together, acting as a final boss of sorts for the round in a similar vein to Master Hand. Defeating it completes the round. Completing it with a specific character rewards a special costume for them, only obtainable via this method.

Despite not being a real-world animal, it is an animal within the fictional Pokemon universe. Being the highest grossing media franchise in the world, Pokemon is certainly fitting for a spot, and who other than its mascot would be a good selection. Pikachu's arsenal of Electric attacks and various special things it has gotten over the years make for an interesting combination. Pikachu would act as a frail but fast character, capable of a wide variety of movement, but can't take too many strong hits.

Job 24: Enemy Frenzy
Literally Smash Run. For series that don't really have enemies, you could take species and "corrupt" them, turning them into enemies. This can be a single player or multiplayer mode.

Job 25: Peppa Pig

The main protagonist of the children's series of the same name, Peppa Pig butchers the competition! She could attack by kicking balls, stomping on a muddy puddle and causing it to splash, and maybe summoning her family for an attack. I chose Peppa Pig because she is a very popular children's character who could be a very funny inclusion to the game (Imagine Peppa Pig fighting Goku).

Snoopy is a loyal, imaginative and good-natured beagle.

And sometime he's an award winning author, "Joe Cool" the coolest guy around, or a World War II flying ace. At least, in my mind he is. Snoopy can be selfish, gluttonous, lazy at times, and occasionally mocks his owner, but on the whole, he shows great love, care, and loyalty for Charlie Brown.

The Lion King is one of Disney’s most popular films of all time. It’s live action remake even managed to become the highest grossing animated film of all time. The film has made a huge impact in the world of animation. It was hard to decide which version, but I am submitting the adult version of Simba. He could roar, pounce, scratch, and bite for a moveset. Timon & Pumbaa could help in a moveset as well. Simba could pick up items with either his paws or mouth. The Lion King has left a huge impact, from the 90’s all the way to today’s generation.

Multiplayer mode: Horde Arena
This mode would work like an expanded version of Multi-Man Smash. With 1-4 players fighting a horde of easily defeatable enemies. However, there are a few differences:

• There's more variety in both stages and enemies. Any stage can be selected for this mode. And there are much more teams of enemies from the various franchises represented.
• After a certain number of enemies is defeated, the wave's boss shows up. The boss can be anything from a tougher enemy, to another fighter, to one of the regular bosses.
• Once the boss is defeated, the players are transported to a shop where they can heal and purchase upgrades. When every player exits the shop, they are transported to another random stage and fight another wave of enemies that are slightly harder than last time. This repeats until the players lose.

Added some Sailor Moon costumes, may also add some Misc. Shonen and Magical Girl anime music to Goku and Usagi's respective lists. Will also probably close submissions and start voting when more people are up.

E: Music's added now...it's probably really tenuous (and possibly inappropriate) to associate Panty & Stocking music w/Sailor Moon, but those songs are pretty damn good. Also probably too many JJBA songs relatively. Oh well.
