Gouken

The sensei of Ryu and Ken, Gouken was playable in Street Fighter IV. While he didn't return for SFV or (as far as we know) SFVI, it would be really cool to have Ryu, Ken, and Gouken all in Smash, they fit super well together. Kinda like a reunion!

All of his attacks would borrow from Ryu and Ken, however it doesn't matter how long a button is held - he only has one attack individually assigned to each input (y'know like a normal fighting game character). Each attack strikes a balance in damage and knockback between what would be its tapped and held variants in Ryu and Ken's movesets (kind of like a Lucina/Chrom echo). His Final Smashes are Denjin Hadouken and Shin Shoryuken - the former being infused with much more electricity than Ryu's, and the latter having Gouken deliver a brutal punch to the chin before landing the devastating uppercut with his opposite fist.

Max - Captain Falcon/Ganondorf

I was thinking of submitting Sakura, but I wanted to go with someone unique you wouldn't get in any other SF game - Max is one of two NPC fighters featured in the opening of Street Fighter 2. He is basically an equaliser between Ganondorf and Captain Falcon stats wise in all except range - he doesn't have a sword, but as a whole his range is much better than Ganondorf's as he can use the classic Hadouken, Sonic Boom, and Tiger Shot inputs - these are very powerful; long-reaching; fast; and throw foes backwards a la NASB Helga to fit the rushdown playstyle, but they are also inputs so they're not all too reliable.

Guess I'll submit her, then. She'd be a Ryu echo but would be more of a chrom case where she's more of her own character. Honestly closer to an Isabelle if anything. Shed be quicker but wouldn't hit quite as hard. She'd be the classic school girl verison but with a SFV alt.

Takes two fighters in an FFA, changes them to stamina mode with rather low stamina, greatly reduced their knockback, teleports them to the middle of the stage, and makes them only able to damage - or be damaged by - one another. If the 15 second time limit runs out without a KO, the damage from the AT's duration will still be added. You can tell who's in the fight through them gaining a pixelated filter and their names being on the life bar. Items cannot be used while stuck in the lifebar battle.

As she hunts down the opponent and gets close she will attempt an attack where she leaps backwards into the air and performs a Cannon Strike. If successful, Cammy launches the opponent into the air in the center-top part of the arena and strikes them with several aerial kicks, finishing with a multi-hitting Spiral Arrow. In total the move has 20 hits.

Campsite (FFXV)

You fight on top of a rocky, plateau-like surface that’s like a small FD with a walkoff beneath it. Blast zones are similar to Spiral Hill. You can see the main party eating dinner and talking in the background along with their Chocobos, oblivious to the fight. Being closer to the fire will make your character brighter, and the further away you get, the more they look like a silhouette.
