i agree with this, as someone who is very disappointed in the game and am probably only getting it for k rool and the spirits mode (which is hella dope)

Hello everyone! I'm officially back (Although I doubt anyone cares)!!!!

I can still safely say that I'm still disappointed with Ultimate as a whole and won't into getting the damn thing at all!

I'm not really missing out on anything by skipping the entry to say the least!!!!!!!!

Too many clones with no unique movesets

No Modes except for the Smash Tour Clone (World Of Light) And the Master Orders clone (Spirits)

The DLC Roster not consisting of any good characters we actually wanted (Vergeben and his friend keep saying were Steve and Marth echo number 543)

The game being rushed for a Christmas release (We all know how rare a good rushed out game for the Holiday season is, just look at Sonic 06)

Nothing in the game to unlock (Not even trophies or new stages)

Codecs and other wonderful easter eggs being forever gone

A worthless plant you have to pay 15 or 20 dollars for!!!!!!!!!!!

The online being terrible (As confirmed by Sakurai himself in the november direct)

Character's we wanted in the roster making short assist ttophy cameos

Too many Mario, Pokemon, And Anime (Fire) Waifu Emblem (I guess those are the only franchises Nintendo cares about now) characters taking up half the roster!!!!!!!!!!

So there you go! The reason's why I think this game will be a major let down!!!!!!!

I still think it’d be Edelgard. They should notice how much people like her already and how the Smash community is annoyed by sword users, especially from Fire Emblem.

I doubt it tbh. At this point in regards to FE, I highly doubt they are going to include anyone who isn't the main character of a game, which Edelgard isn't.

Even with Chrom in 4 you can still argue if he is the real protagonist or at least the actual focus of the game considering how much spotlight Robin and Lucina end up taking from him.

Edelgard is popular, but I doubt the marketing of Three Houses is going to revolve mostly around her.

With Chrom being in Robin's final smash and still being playable, I think Fiora and X are plausible choices for characters. If X were to be added however, I'd like for Sakurai to work his magic and convince Mark Gatha to reprise his role despite the latter quitting voice-acting.

That is probably the best fanart of X I've ever seen, holy crap.
Also, it's been over 10 years since he's voiced X. Man, that'd be a miracle. Now if only we got an announcement for X9 and Legends 3...

Oh that’s fine, I just don’t think it’s really all that great to go ‘lol wrong’ or ‘go back to [insert x site]’.

Prove to me that Chrom can attack Chrom when Chrom is in the battle itself and maybe I'll agree.
If you ask me, Chrom still being a Final Smash is some Conductor Link ****, for all we know Alfonzo could be used.

Alright since most everyone will (rightfully) pick on you let me be the one asshole who takes all of this seriously.

Point 1. We got 5 echo/clones yes that is true but along with them there are 6 Unique newcomers. 5 if you dont count isabelle.

Point 2. We dont ACTUALLY know what modes are or are not in the game yet, but ill let you have this one

Point 3. We dont ACTUALLY know the DLC Roster. And i wont let you have this one because you act like that you for sure know it.

Point 4. They worked on this game since at least Midway through Smash 4 DLC.. its been in development for YEARS.

Point 5. Fair Cop

Point 6. Still unknown as of now

Point 7. Piranha Plant is free at least for awhile, and then after that goes on sale. 15-20 dollars is not how much it will cost FOR SURE because the DLC Bundles cost less and they include a Character, a Stage, and Music.

Point 8. Ok Fair cop again, but by this logic just dont get any switch game that has online multiplayer

Point 9. Cant argue there.. But the second any of them is part of DLC ill get back to you

Point 10. Mario is Nintendo's Mascot, Pokemon is Nintendo's Cash Cow, and the only Fire emblem newcomer we got is Chrom.

Crash Twinsanity is also a great game that was rushed.

And if the DLC costs 5-7€ separated, then the Plant will probably cost between 3-5€.

It's not full subspace, but it's got some story. It's not Smash tour 2.

This new mode has voice acting.
It is a bit better than Subspace just for that alone.
