(I watched the gameplay trailer and I like how elusive he seems to be, and how his attacks have short freeze times)

(I like them both but Bowser Jr reminds me of Mario Sunshine that I like more than Galaxy)

(Before the announcements I would have said Ridley, but now I watched some gameplay and honestly I don't like Ridley's gameplay too much)

My inner Mario Fan side is screaming Waluigi. He has, ever since his debut been my go-to guy in the parties, tennis and kart games. The only non Waluigi I play is Toadette (and Koopa Troopa in Double Dash). As a Mario character, he is the logical next step towards Smash. Now that we have Daisy. Argueably Toad could be considered on par with him for Smash when I think of it, but it's those two.

My inner Smash Bros fan is screaming Geno. As Smash is a game which imortilize characters, Geno is one of those who needs to be saved. People have somehow managed to keep the name Geno alive for that long. He has an unfortunate fate of being co-owned if not fully owned by Square Enix (which is why a SMRPG 2 would be a bad idea of introducing new characters). I feel that Geno fans have done him justice, and his mysterious attitude and origin was something that made me want him since Brawl.

It's a conflict really, both of them should be in the game on their own terms.

I'll just be rational and say Toad.

lol I'm not a fan of Wario Ware and I always thought that Pizza was her last name XD
(also I think I never listened to that song in Smash, I can't even remember if there was an English version or if it was only Japanese).

- I'm happy to see the ICs back, but I feel GnW has more of an importance to Smash itself.
- Sorry Doc, but one moveset I like, and the other I don't
- Personally, I prefer the ground.
- Lucario's a much more interesting character in general, just for being able to get so popular without being a legendary or starter.
- Seems a bit more unique than she does.
:ultrobin - Great unique kit. Also doesn't look atrocious.
- I feel she's more important to the series as a whole
- I could do without JRPG fashion
- Sorry Rick, but Daisy's way more important and visible than you are.
- Lucas is still reasonably obscure, versus the major player in a huge franchise?
- Honestly, take either, they're both WTF characters.

Geno. Waluigi, while the more sensible pick, hasn't had his time to shine yet ( got hers with Super Mario Run). Plus Sakurai would want to focus on one of his older planned ideas first.

- Sorry Ice Climbers, this one is truly hard, but as much as I love the dual fighter type, and the Icies. G&W is the only flat character in the game, plus his importance I value a bit more, and he is quite fun to play too.
- Because I like Toon Link a lot I guess Doc could stay, but he does not represent Nintendo's puzzle with justice, bring me Lip so I can cut Doc.
- Sorry Falco, but I can't let myself cut Wolf.
- Greninja might be more creative, but I have way more fun playing as Lucario.
- While Lucina is bae, Chrom is more different in playstyle, sorry bae.
:ultrobin - I love Corrin, but Robin is more unique, we need this type. Pluss female Robin is also bae.
- Sorry Rosa, like em both, but Bowser Jr makes more sense.
- Just tried my first Metal Gear game a couple of days ago, more than I can say for FF, but gameplay, really.
- Easy.
- Ness is my main, therefore, Lucas can go, but Isa stays.
- Underrated as hell.
- Sorry Ridz, but I did not wait almost 18 years for nothing! He is my favourite Nintendo villain of all time, and my most anticipated newcomer to a Smash game ever since Post-Melee.

- No important reason here, but I would rather remove a Mario character instead of a Zelda one at this point
- I find him more interesting I guess
- Probably the hardest to pick imo, I really like both </3
- Always preffered Chrom

I might say Rosaluma if not for the alts, but I think the Koopalings are super cool and a nice throwback

She seems to be an All-Star at this point
Went back and forth on this one, but Wii Fit I think is more significant to Nintendo as a whole

That + the fact that playing Smash Ultimate will be entirely relevant if the next game can't include all of its content. I seriously hope they support the game with DLC for at least a few years. They could probably do it the entire switches lifetime, just release characters slower later on

82 - Chandelure (we need a Gen 5 rep, and Pokemon that’s really unconventional for a fighting game, and yes I know it was in Pokken)

94 - Chorus Kids (lot of Rhythm Heaven fans, and he seems like he’d be cool)
