If I chose anyone of those, it'd be number one, because numbers two and three are using a generic concept art pic, and the full pic from the last two is lame.
The avys themselves are all 100% sex for having Blaze in them, but I make my choices more so based on the actual photo than the effects around them.
Which is why there's no effects to my current avy+sig, nor my previous ones.

Truth be told, Blaze is my all time favorite character in the entire Sonic franchise.I seem to know know too many blaze fans, considering I don't care at all about her.
I love her exponentially more than I love Sonic. No joke. I'd prefer her over Sonic if she was in Brawl.
