Uthrow chaingrabbing spacies at like 75% until 100% and then fsmashing them is quite possibly the funniest thing ever to do as Falcon. I don't see why they try to DI behind Falcon when it happens, I got dat pivot grab on LOCK(except against Kels, I sandbagged on a lot of things I usually have down consistently)
One thing I want to ask though, would someone please provide some typical scenarios where you would buffer ANYTHING? This weekend I went to a tourney and like everyone emphasized how important buffering is and I literally never do it.
buffering is 1 frame from optimal speed, so if you want to be close to perfect speed then u buffer whatever u do whether its rolls or buffer jumping (out of shield)
sometimes being 2-3 frames slower can get you grabbed or killed, which is why i think its important that you buffer in sticky, borderline situations
each time you barely get grabbed, you could possibly have rolled/jumped away or spotdodged (don't do it with falcon)
everybody, including me, used to never do it but theres no reason not to optimize your game
all of these tiny parts of improving your game definitely stacks together

i still have a lot to learn about this game, getting my butt handed to me to one of the people i semi trained is not the greatest feeling lol

@ roneblaster, mindset is absolutely crucial. it won't win you the game but having a 'bad' one pretty much spells defeat. plenty of people, myself included get frustrated in tournament after a mistake and lose thinking they should have won
it's something i'm working on myself, but you should definitely never fear your opponent no matter how good he is supposed to be (if you think you are supposed to lose you will), but on the flipside you should never fear losing to someone who you know is worse to you. i've seen this a lot while i was getting better in my region but i'm starting to experience it myself as other people get better too.
