UPDATE ******

I have sent in paper work for the room and we should have a confirmation on the tournament status tommorow. All things are looking positive and we may not have to change date.

The tournament will start at 10 AM but People bringing TV's, cubes, wiis, and games need to be there at 9 AM.

For those not used to the U of A area, Ill give you a rundown.

Here we have Wilbur's Underground (Our version of Sparky's Den).

For food, there is Burger King, Panda Express, Papa John's Express, Chick-fil-a, and IQ Wraps and Smoothies. If you want something a little more Hearty, there is a strip of restuarants and Pubs along University Blvd.

Entertainment

Between Matches or after losses, feel free to play DDR or Halfway broken Soul Caliber 2. There are also Pool Tables and a classic arcade inside the Games Room.

Most likely it will be on the 3rd Floor of the Union. More as this comes by.

Parking
The University has free parking on Saturday. The closest Garage is the 2nd Street Garage off 2nd street from Speedway and Mountain. If full, Use the Highland Parking Garage.

Setting things Up.
All those who are bringing T.V.'s Come to the room at 9 AM. Be on time. This is a room rental and although it is being sponsored by the Video Game club, the room is coming out my pocket.

All smashers Please be generous to the Video Game club and be courteous of what they say, If they kick you out, you are gone.

Also, another stipulation, some of the VGX club members might be coming. I decided they shouldnt be charged cause they will get stomped anyway. lol.

Time: 10am to 9pm (9:00am Setup; At 9:00 pm, we start closing shop.)

How to get here!
Obviously, the best way to get here if from the I-10 so If yer coming from the south, Hop on the 10, If coming from the west, hop on the 10. If coming from the east, hop on the 10.

If coming from the north:

If coming from Utah, Please use the 89 and transfer from there to the I-17. From there, weave your way through phoenix traffic till you hit the 10. Follow above instructions.

If coming from Colorado (4 corners)
Take the 160 to the 89 and transfer from there to the I-17. From there, weave your way through phoenix traffic till you hit the 10. Follow above instructions

If coming from North New Mexico
Take the I-40 to the I-17 in flagstaff, and continue south till you hit pheonix and yada yada, Get on the 10.
