I'm going to houston tmrw with Dojo and will be coming back on monday.
However, friday night to sunday afternoon, I'll be out of town (north of houston) for my cousins graduation, so I'll actually miss HOBO.
But I'll be at Sync's sunday and we come back monday.

Anybody wanna go? 5 days of pretty good practice and I got 3 spots.

While 5 days of practice sounds good...
No way I can survive on $6 during all those days. That and I'm most likely not sleeping anytime soon, while I have a few things I need to do anyways.

and the fact that YGO is pretty much the amount of $ you put into it = how frequently you win, and your skill level as an individual has little to no effect in the current metagame.... and the fact that for top YGO decks you have to spend $100+ where as in brawl MK is totally 100% free.

Edit: Personally I'd disagree with brawl having "no creativity" or being "lame at top level play", but that's just my personal opinion, that's not factual.

When was it that Emmersblade or whatever cost almost $80?
Dunno, but about 4 Ultra Rare cards is enough to cost more than both those combined... would cost 50-130 each, maybe more.

Though of course, in a span of half a year they drop in price pretty quickly...

I dunno, some cards are rediculous. I sold an original ultra rare jinzo for about 100 quid, so yeah, $175 for a piece of cardboard

The dude I sold it to drove to my house to collect it directly because he didnt trust the postal system to ship it safely >.<

Brawl + wii= more than $100

Craigslist'em get both for less than $100, besides that, the YGO metagame is ever-changing, requiring you to buy more cards as the game evolves, brawl doesn't.

Edit: to be fair you don't even need to own a copy of brawl+wii to play brawl anyway. >.>

I can agree with Snake being free for the most part, since he gets bodied by(or has trouble with) a bunch of the cast, but anyway JRUGS = Free.... okay.
