Samus Community Combo Video Thread - COMPLETE - Video Link in OP.

Introduction

Okay, it was getting a tad disorganised with Patch being the original poster for the community combo video thread, and there was alot of confusion as to who was running the project, I have therefore created a new topic, with all updates now featured in the OP of this thread. I would love to get some more names involved in this. Until this is done, this is going to be stickied so it does not die. It will be really nice to get some fresh new players inspired to use Samus from our combined efforts.

The clips you guys offer can consist of what YOU think will make a good combo video for our heroine, Samus. It can vary from zair combos, beautiful dair setups or even bomb kills. I want to see some variety. You must be able to use Samus in a way that makes people go, "That was pretty impressive" or "That was... different <3".

When it comes to music, NOTHING with words. Rap/hip-hop/rock....ect sound HORRIBLE on combo vids.

Here are some songs i can recommend. Obviously you dont gotta use them but i suggets them as mere examples of what i think sounds good when it comes to combo videos. PLEASE listen to them all the way through before you pass judgement. It really helps to close your eyes and imagin combos as u listen to the song.

They sound good, but I am hoping for something with Metroid. If it possible, I would recommend the following two:

Jade Catacombs
Crystal Flash

Because Crystal Flash is about 22 minutes long, there is only a particular part of Crystal Flash that I think would be really cool, and it's the part where it starts with Norfair, then mixes over to Underground Crateria, and then Crateria. It just sounds very galactic and has a nice drum beat. Skip to 8:49 and listen up to 12:00.

If you have to choose one of the two, go with the Crystal Flash part. It's just way too awesome! And yeah, it sounds like rock. But don't hate! Or else I'll recommend some stuff from Metroid Metal.

Had an annoying weekend(allergies, bro getting arrested/court, and babysitting 3 days in a row), so I haven't touched my Wii(disconnected somewhere/lost by my cousins)(no innuendo) for a week. I'll try to set it up tomorrow and start sending my crap to you if you've registered by now(my Wii's hella slow(yes innuendo) at registering people), KayJay.

@Dryn - Really like Crystal Flash. Even if it's not used, thanks for linking to it/pointing it out.

Already had Jade 'coz of Serris, derp.

Also liking some of the suggestions so far(TMNT too good). I'd think of/add more suggestions, but then I get selfish and want to save it for if I ever make a vid* I get too picky/artsy and probably have really differing tastes than others here.
*Not like I'll ever be able to make one by myself anytime soon if ever anyway. Planning on probably using this and this if anyone cares, guess I wouldn't mind not-claiming 'em. ~~lolclaimingstuffovertheInternet~~

Sorry guys I've been at my week smashfest so I could rarely get on, and I've been ill so yeah..... /update johns.

Anyway, I have taken a lot at the music selections, and they all look really good. I have not decided on a final one, since I want the clips and the music to have some rhythm.

Dryn hasn't had his wii for a while if I remember correctly, but hopefully he can play some people that he demolishes and get some kickin' clips, Serris, well most of his matches from youtube are combo vid's by themselves, he's got this one of him destroying a DK. Like baaaadly.

Okay guys, the original post is updated with the songs we are using, I still need ONE more song (will be the final song before the credits), looking for around 3-4 minutes long, preferably not techno or rock (with or without lyrics).

I have recieved more footage from IsmaR and ZAAD. Xyro and Cherry tell me theirs will be coming soon, no word from Composer or NOID, my footage just needs to be recorded.

Oh we also need a name for the video aswell.
