yeah wtf was with that and the Peach SD. I know I had a few average clips in mine but they both seem really bad.
The Melee stuff in Dekars was good but Melee always makes better montages and even with both game combined its only 3 minutes. I still liked it for the melee stuff though.
When it comes to brawl clips mine definatly has better ones.
You SA guys can't tell true skill when it flashes in your eyes.
1. Earl reads and grabs the waft.
2. Tedeth uses extended hitbox with the bike to hit Corpse and bring back victory.
Both of these clips exhibit much more skill and genius at Brawl than anything in the SA montage.
If you couldn't tell already, half the clips from the TPOO montage were bloopers, hence the blooper music.

I remember saying some sort of swear word when I saw Earl just ignore the Waft with that grab at the actual tourney, lol.
Anyway, given that Earl plays against, and teams with a Wario quite often, it's not entirely unfeasible that he didn't read that waft, lol, he knows the timing I would assume.
Even if he didn't read it, still impressive as I've never seen that move just get ignored.
And yes it's so obvious that the later part of Dekar's video are just lol moments rather than skill or whatever - you make yourselves look like tards comparing that part of the video to whatever, it's meant to be like that, hence the music, derpaja.
As they said, it was from 1 tourney only, which does make it impressive.
Besides, if I counted the amount of times people in SA walk straight into my fully charged f-smash's, on both games, lol...

None of your clips were amazing Jamage (although not all were terrible), people were mostly getting kills off bad opponents who just moved into attacks. Sure it wasn't by luck but it was even worse than that; it was by opponents who were forcing themselves into getting comboed/spiked. it looked ok to your average scrub but there was not much skill or depth in what was going on.
Things like the waft grab use these concepts of mindgames/baiting/prediction, something im sure you dont have to worry about as your opponents basically just move into you and thats all you need to consider.

his montage wasn't as good becoz djb hasn't been to a tourny in ages and never will again. Thus there was like no clips of him.
I think the vid where he hit like quad u-airs on a Yoshi as Sonic to k.o. him on the roof is lost forever.

Main problem was the very limited amount of clips that I had at the time. I think it still turned out good though. I was hoping that (and it has) inspired people to record more and get more clips to me to make the 2nd one alot better.
Djb's montages were pretty good.

The one with me and Earl: I def came out on top for that grab. I was way behind and if you look carefully, he took the waft on grab armour which means he took the damage. That waft was not gonna kill him so that 42% was real good for me.
In the one with me and Corpse it was more the ridiculous hype at that time it happend that made that amazing, more than what actually happened.

That last link you posted to DJB's montage, Jamage again just looks like a good player thrashing a horrible player. Ganon 2 stocking MK within the space of 20%? Really?
I am assuming DJB is the better player because I have heard a lot about him from people, but honestly a decent montage needs both players to be atleast reasonably good. Otherwise it just looks like someone is making a combo video in practice mode with the cpu set to move.
