only working on basic kicks, nothing beyond that. I have however started running/doing cardio every day and working on leg strength, so I plan to get back into it soon.

tricking is similar to parkour. But where parkour is more "get from point A to point B in the most agile and athletic way possible", tricking focuses on combining kicks, flips, and other techniques. Both are all about showmanship and athleticism, but in different ways.
