also djb it does show we are at the level of the eastern states because we can compare ourselves to sam. vlade and ric for example do really well against him.

Matchup experience is worth A LOT, dont ever discount it. corpse has a massive advantage in this department. Its hard to judge such a thing against people who have played against it very often to those who have no idea what TL can do etc.

Except for the fact that you guys have experience against toon link, and pretty much no other state has that.

Fun story. Every single person (with the exception of shaya? maybe?) I've played who had no previous experience against PT has lost. It was the same in america as well. I always win the first match because they have no idea whats going on. Doesn't mean I'm a god though :D

I'm sure sam is fantastic, but don't underestimate the edge he will have when nobody has experience against toon link.

Chip with the **** DI

and Jash imo the best toon link in the world.

But sam plays with his own style he doesn't want to be like someone else he is SAM.

Also, i matchup experience counts towards whether you win or lose, but if you lack experience, in a tournament situation it doesnt matter because it comes down to the fact that you failed to consider and account for toon link at the highest level of play,

Shaya thinks he knows things that he doesn't. And he likes to trash talk.

I like to think that I'm more realistic than him in this respect :laugh:

My philosophy of this naturally epic proportional event, recurring of course is that Sam IS TEH W1n!!!!!11!!
