Guys letting you know I booked my flights, arriving Brisbane Friday around 1 pm.
departing brisbane Monday at 11am.

Is someone able to house me for Friday night since Anthony needs to study. Otherwise do you know of any backpackers or similar in Brisbane

Just to add to the hype for the official Luigi's Dungeon opener next Sat, we will be recording matches etc so we can give what we have to kaion who has offered to look after editing, and put together a video montage of the queensland skill we have that doesn't often get shown.

I have offered free doubles entry for kaion for providing such equipment for all of us to use, and it will now be a running occurrence in future tourneys. The first person to confirm attendance and with a recording setup etc, gets free doubles entry, which I'm sure everyone can appreciate.

The PR will be updated between the next tourney and Lansmash too. A lot of changes look to be made to it from recent results.

Bring your A game ladies and gentlemen,the rebirth of Queensland Brawl starts this Saturday.

syke has a history of sandbagging. I would know because I was the one who knocked him out of losers at tpoo, and yes he was playing sandbaggy as ****.

Syke actually is the best melee player in qld atm lol. And prob top 5 in aus.

I think he was trying in ACL, seeing as he got sponsored, it'd be pretty dog to get sponsored and sandbag =P

Alright, lets see how my MvC skills translate into Brawl. You can choose any char you want, or we could do multiple MM's with all your chars. It's easy money seeing as I haven't touched Brawl for centuries.

You haven't confirmed your attendance to a tournament you're hosting? Also I am coming to this. We should go to a casino afterwards for Vyse's 21st. Invest in toki to win money for us all :p

Rocco edited for correctness. I confirm now that I will be attending my own tournament.

Also as good as the casino for Vyse's Bday sounds, I have 21st Johns this Saturday night already. Hence the 8pm finish. Toki is going to halve his winnings with me anyway if you go :p

Just FYI:

Going off attendance so far the prize money for singles will be:

45% 1st: $63
25% 2nd: $35
15% 3rd: $21
10% 4th: $14
5% 5th: $7 (After Playoff)

Doubles:

50% 1st: $35 Total
30% 2nd: $21 Total
20% 3rd: $14 Total

Just a bit more hype now that there is no venue fee and more money goes towards pot. Casino sounds pretty good afterwards ;).

Shouldn't pay to 5th in a small tourney, a bigger top 3 pot gives people more incentive to get better. That's just my opinion though, you can run it how you like seeing as it's your tourney lol.
