I've got a few ideas for this :D

-Shields randomly break. (please do this one :D)
-make smash attacks's charge time infinite.
-if possible, make the ai take control of human characters for a few seconds randomly.
-Give Fox Falco's lasers, but keep the rapidfire.

WTF at the Falco thing though. I don't see any reason why not but that seems insane!

I presume infinite charge leads to infinite strength? If so, why not?

AI control should be event based rather than random IMO.

About the MK quacking... I mean like doing a wierd noise... maybe some odd noise included in Brawl (since Tornado = gay i was thinking a gay noise lol)

I'd say infinite shield with shield break at random.

In fact, that should be the scope of Troll Brawl.
Brawl- gave us balance through breakage, so to make this one very different (since I'm sure some people see this as another Brawl-), make it is a random as possible.

It's random Sakurai wants? We'll show them HOW /b/ A GAME CAN BE!

-Either of, probably making the shrinkage slower and give shields a 40% chance of breaking on imput. You press L/R to guard and...Boom! you're defenseless lol

- YES. This would make for some killer landmines lol

-I got the AI idea from testing a few mugen characters a long time ago and they suddenly taking over. trust me this is very annoying.

And another idea, make it so when Sheik/Zelda use down b they stay the same.

Other projects add IASA for the transform. To make it safe.

In Troll Brawl, when Sheik/Zelda down-B, they should immediately go to their shield break after the transformation.

Shield Break: I think random only is best. That way you could hold it forever if you're really lucky but the longer you hold it the more likely it is to break. I'm wondering what we're going to do with jumps though, now that both moving and blocking are unsafe. Maybe just go back to the infinite jumps code for lols.

Shelda transformations can even make you turn into an alloy... that would be funny

Really, think about what I said... I think getting the most randomness into the game as possible would make this "Troll Brawl" really shine.
Any character that have a random anything, make it even more random.
And try to add randomness to everything.

Also, I think it should embrace items, since they are also quite random.

One of the main ideas behind this is that items should be permanently stuck on the highest setting, all on. I can't really say anymore because the "Friday World" theme messes up my eyes so I can't read and the chat censoring of things has me completely confused.

Captain Falcon I think he should say "YES!" for everything that doesnt have a sound
Diddy Kong's jetpack causes tripping when it hits players, even in the air, has a random chance of like ultra-misfire that shoots you off the top.
Donkey Kong... maybe... down B makes bombs ombs start spawning at random
Falco shoots Bob-oms rather than lasers.
Fox has Falco's old lasers with added rapid fire.
Ganondorf's neutral B is a super tornado.
Nana looks like Popo and Popo looks like Nana (model swap for ICs), ice blocks do random effects, even OHKO.
Ike fights with a Pow Hammer rather than a sword, with sounds to match.
Jigglypuff's up B sends the TV screen to sleep (not possible obviously).
I propose making sing stage wide (only dodgable in the air), down b is disjointed, but has really lame effectts (TROLOLOLOLOL)
King Dedede spits with infinite strength.
Kirby's Copy ability KOs (doesn't copy) and his Utilt has an insane hitbox range.
Links Final Smash keeps hitting until you stop holding the B button. His down B can make you blast off the top

Squirtle... withdraw hurts, a lot
Ivysaur's Bullet Seed hits once per frame.
Charizard... rock smash makes a huge explosion that even hurts charizard
ROB... SideB is almost a tornado
Samus... unavoidable guided missi\kes
Snake's grenades are Pokeballs.
Sonic's speed is doubled (including speech), apart from his dash which is 8x normal and his walking which is unchanged.
Toon Link's... upb is huge and always trips
Wario... forever power fart, with planting flowers
Wolf... laser 3 shot machine gun
Yoshi... i hate him
Zelda and Sheik transform into random characters, rather than eachother.
Zero Suit Samus... upb lasts five frames

Idk what is possible but i removed some clearly impossible, I think this would be pretty cool

and another things. Please don't ever go for balance... I fear Brawl- is going to not be as good because of it.... The unbalance of the game is what makes it fun

HA I BEAT YOU WITH MY POS CHARACTER sounds much better than HA I BEAT YOU WITH MY EQUIVALENT CHARACTER

I think we should make the Home Run Bat's Smash like B-'s Warlock punch. Shield = other person dies.

At the very least, the OP can code. From what I understand, the problem is that the coders are low on free time, not that they aren't present.

Lol at infinite bike Wario. It should be possible but it would require either a limit or for the previous bike to be replaced to avoid making the game lag.

At the minute, the time before it can be reused aerially is longer than it takes me to fall of the tallest custom stage I can build. I would suggest that the modified version be reusable the instant he starts falling again.

PieDisliker, that would require to have the Assist Trophy drop at random points during the match, open up, and always have the Nintendog always happen. Not possible AFAIK.

Keeping dodging but making it leave you vulnerable as you first suggested would be better IMO.

Yeah, that water/fire swap sounds good but might be difficult. Maybe a simple move swap would be better (surfing charizard anyone?).
