WTF at the Falco thing though. I don't see any reason why not but that seems insane!

@Ecks: Random shield breaks seems like a good one. Do we still keep shield shrinkage over time or replace that outright?
I presume infinite charge leads to infinite strength? If so, why not?
AI control should be event based rather than random IMO.
As for lasers, I don't see why not. Goes well with the bob-oms for Falco mod.

Quacking: I think the quack works best. Plus, it's apparently more funny than moo...
Shield Break: I think random only is best. That way you could hold it forever if you're really lucky but the longer you hold it the more likely it is to break. I'm wondering what we're going to do with jumps though, now that both moving and blocking are unsafe. Maybe just go back to the infinite jumps code for lols.
AI control: It depends how doable it is but maybe.
Sheik/Zelda Transformations: Why not make them become random characters?
Universal Changes
Tripping rate increased to 64x normal
Pressing Taunt Kills You.
Hitstun removed.
Melee air dodge system adopted.
Respawn Invincibility removed.
Stop Watch freezes game indefinitely.
Stage Friction is minimal.
Rumble occurs late.
Stickers, CDs, Trophies and Bananas explode on contact.
Bob-Oms and Motion Sensor Bombs cause tripping.
Items can't be turned off.
Ledges can't be grabbed.
Random Select always picks Pichu* on Pokemon Stadium 2.
Stages scroll in reverse.
Shields last indefinitely but have a chance to break at any moment.
The AI takes control of players briefly at random moments.
There is no limit to the power boost charging moves can grant.
All characters are magnetically attracted to eachother.
*Pichu takes Pikachu's spot on the roster and looks the same on the select screen.

Captain Falcon shouts "Falcooon Puunch!" for every move.
Diddy Kong's jetpack causes tripping when it hits players, even in the air.

Falco shoots Bob-oms rather than lasers.
Fox has Falco's old lasers with added rapid fire.
Ganondorf's neutral B is a super tornado.
Nana looks like Popo and Popo looks like Nana (model swap for ICs).
Ike fights with a Pow Hammer rather than a sword, with sounds to match.
Jigglypuff's up B sends the TV screen to sleep (if possible).
King Dedede spits with infinite strength.
Kirby's Copy ability KOs (doesn't copy) and his Utilt has an insane hitbox range.
Links Final Smash keeps hitting until you stop holding the B button.

Donkey Kong... maybe... down B makes bombs ombs start spawning at random

Nana looks like Popo and Popo looks like Nana (model swap for ICs), ice blocks do random effects, even OHKO.

I propose making sing stage wide (only dodgable in the air), down b is disjointed, but has really lame effectts (TROLOLOLOLOL)

ROB... SideB is almost a tornado
Samus... unavoidable guided missi\kes
Snake's grenades are Pokeballs.

Toon Link's... upb is huge and always trips
Wario... forever power fart, with planting flowers
Wolf... laser 3 shot machine gun
