On my list, those with starmen by them are done already and those without aren't. There are one or two exceptions where things are listed as unfinished but infact half done though.
The "G&W always hits 9s" is already made

Also, I'm pretty sure these are impossible:

Rumble occurs late
Items can't be turned off
Random select always picks Pikachu on PS2(Would be easy without the PS2 part)
Controls are inverted during MK's B moves

It wasn't mentioned in this thread before. I'll update the list.

Also, I'm pretty sure these are impossible:

The "Items can't be turned off" was actually supposed to be "Turning off items has no effect" if that's any better. I'm hoping this can be made to work as it's a major part of Troll Brawl.
Why is "randomly" selecting Pokemon Stadium 2 every time an issue if Pikachu isn't? It should be exactly the same but for the stage select screen.

The other two are a shame but if they really aren't possible it doesn't really matter.

EDIT: Oh, I get what the problem with PS2 is. That would be the same thing as the items then. Hopefully both can be worked out.

EDIT 2: Would it be possible to make all Pikmin constantly cycle through their colours (and effects to match)?

I remember there being a code that lets you edit what characters are viable for random selection, but I don't think there's one for stages. I do remember PW making a "random stage selection" code, but I think it was just to complement his Stage Expansion code.

You can turn off all but PS2 anyway. A code that kept the settings as they were might suffice.
I don't honestly know a thing about coding Brawl. I'm just here to collect and contribute to the hilariously dumb ideas.

The first has glitches that specifically harm one character, while the second will apparently be problematic with Final Smashes, which we're trying to promote the use of. The lack of a % display may be a nice touch though and I think atleast the second would be a good idea if it weren't for the glitches.

No worries, feel free to take your time. In my mind the topic could do with more discussion though.

What would people think to the select screen showing Ganondorf but actually having two Captain Falcon slots so that, if possible, all characters could have a slight chance of randomly being replaced by this guy (massively overpowered of course)?

Unfortunately, there's no way to have him without removing someone.

i dont understand this:
Bob-Oms and Motion Sensor Bombs cause tripping.

The tripping rate is simply there to make it more dumb.
The idea with the bombs is that they swap effects with the bananas to confuse people. The code for the motion sensors is already done, with added confetti to boot.

I was thinking bigger hitboxes than that even. Extending past his foot by about Ness' height perhaps.

Should I get on coding/animating Warlock Tornado? I anticipate it'll take me about two weeks or so to get the animation perfect, factoring in my heavily limited time lately.

Of course it's possible. If you can completely change a character then a minor hitbox mod (and perhaps graphic extension) should be simple. Convince me that it's worthwhile and I'll add it to my suggestion list.
many characters as Falco, fox, wario, Sonic, rob, pikachu, etc.They have very enormous movements.

Only you need press the button and is done, you have guaranteed, as minimum, two lives of your rival.

The Triforce Slash of Link, on the other hand, only can be connected once, and if you fail, all your effort for reaching the Smash ball gets lost.

And what is even worse, the attack is not very devastating, alone it do 81% or 87%, and does not guarantee a KO.

To do the triforce slash an infinite move already is an improvement, but his range of attack is very small, any human player, it might be kept far without problems, binding to stop you to continue the battle.

a huge triforce slash would help a lot, also give to Link more chances to conect his move.

for example he have 3 or 5 oportunities to conect it to a rival, if he miss the 3 or 5 times, he gonna lose the smash ball


what do you thing??

@ryuu seika I do not mind any and all help, but I do not wish to hire anyone out as a co-leader at this time, though I do apricate your suggestions, though I am busy with graduation test right now, so if anyone (anyone it does not matter who) wishes to make thier own verson of the project or out right take it over I do not mind updating the OP to inlude everyones personal variations, if any are realsed. (You will get credit in the OP for your version.)

I think you're not very coherent but you make a good logical argument for the mod. Unfortunately, I feel you are missing the point. This is not "balanced brawl" or any such attempt to make the game fair. This is Troll Brawl where laughs and stupidity determine what gets done. As such, you probably need to rethink your approach.

That's fine by me. That part was only really thrown in as a joke (in that sense it fits with the spirit of the project) and, as with all my suggestions, the final say is yours.
As for coding, I lack both the knowhow and the software to do so and I doubt my computer could handle it any way. The poor thing is pretty well Ftilted right now if you get what I mean.

Additional suggestion: Captain Falcon shouts "Falcoooon Puuunch" for every attack.

You are right, this isnt Balanced brawl, but give to Link those improvemts, would make him better as a "trolling" character ;)

A couple ideas:

-ICs' throws do 40-100% damage, whatever's best
-When Nana dies, you lose your stock.
-Replace Ike's sword sounds with squeaky hammer sounds.

There's so many ideas that can be thought of for this. This is amazing.

ideas:

Out of this I get:
-Link's Final Smash continues until you let go of B but has an incredibly small hitbox.
-Nana is always at 300%.
-Ike uses a Pow Hammer rather than a sword, with sound effects to match.

I can't say I really get the super throw thing but I suspect I aught to.

Ice Climbers have throw infinites on every character in the game in vBrawl.
1 Grab = 1 stock.

Ideas for Sonic:

Make him STUPID fast. as in, run for more than a second and die off the horizontal blastlines.

Falco:

Make his lazorz shoot Bomb-ombs, like when they modded Halo1 back in the day.
