That was known already, its good. I mostly see it in brawl, powershield to snake's u-tilt. I see it mostly in melee with sheik mains; powershield to nair.

I have a few more pics; a lot of the information is in the subtle humor tbh.

Also how do I start implementing footstools into my game? I need to make my Lucas a mean nonstop pressure machine.

I never got Snake's Brawl Utilt, "I want to attack someone above me, better kick vertically upwards!"

The two main on stage uses are :
-During shield pressure, because it forces the opponent to let go of their shield. Try it during tomahawks in example, or with Lucas, after a PSI magnet I guess ? Not too sure, I don't know this character all that much tbh.
-During combos, because it's a 1 frame meteor. It extends the combo into a tech chase. You have to be slightly above your opponent, though.

You're mostly going to be a pioneer of this, I can only name three top players who actively use it. So just experiment =3

There was a problem fetching the tweet

looooooooooool
I think the saddest part about this is the fact that there's a group of people being paid absurd salaries to come up with this garbage.
Hey McDonalds, I'll produce equal quality garbage for only half the price!

You ideally want a desktop i5 k/unlocked processor. Dolphin IIRC only uses 2 cores (possibly 3 if you set audio dump to a separate thread, but that's usually not necessary), but the strength + speed of those cores matters quite a bit. Intel cores > AMD cores when it comes to individual core performance. I assume you have a mobile i3 processor in there? That's killing you for Dolphin: You could probably get away with it if you were able to overclock past 3ghz but that's not going to be possible. It also doesn't help that you probably have Intel graphics instead of a dedicated card. Have you tried fiddling with resolution and toning down graphic options? You're limited in both areas so it's hard to say for sure where you could get the most improvement.
Upon googling i5 I'm bombarded by quite a lot. Which i5, exactly? and what did you mean by k/unlocked? adding that to the search just get me i5 2500k and 3570k. Nothing about unlocking, far as I can tell. It also seems like it's just 100 more for an i7? Isn't that much better?

OK Even with the Destiny Knot buff, it still took MONTHS of Egg Hatching to get Perfect IVs..... when both the Skarmory parents have perfect IVs.

RIP WIfail. I won't miss Brawl's online "modes" but I will miss Pokemon's GTSes.

Not even 2 years, and Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 have lost all their online functionality.... -_-

Thank god for Pokebank.

So like Fox, Falco, Kirby, Sheik, Pit, Lucas, Jigglypuff, Wolf...

Besides, I thought Snake was actually attacking with his invisible dong?

Netplay master race. Actually updated to Dolphin 4.0-652 yesterday in order to play Melee online and it was golden, way better than before. I might put my Brawl ISO on my laptop and try some PM Netplay soon.

Not taking into account the obvious move tutors ORuby / ASapphire are gonna give us (Defog, SR, Soft-Boiled, and Knock Off in particular), losing access to the prev-gen GTS really isn't much of a loss. Most people already have good Kalos-bred parents, while everyone else transferred their Genned / RNG'd Dittos long ago. Plus... Gen VI Pokegen IS a thing; it's not like we're being left in the dark here :V

Anyway, RIP NWFC, I won't miss you.

So they have figured out 6th gen Pokegen great also what about bringing back the move tutors back from Emerald and event only moves during that generation as move tutors or breed moves like Wish Bagon?

Well, then you'd have to make an argument for Lovely Kiss Snorlax / Poliwag, Rapid Spin Geodude, Belly Drum Wooper and Spikes Delibird Petal Dance Psyduck / Pichu / Smoochum.

and following the pattern that was set by Platinum and HG/SS, most of the Emerald tutors are likely to return, bar the useless stock moves ofc (Mega Punch, Mega Kick, etc).

Ive actually always wondered about this, 2nd gen there was an event in the main NYC pokemon store whatever that gave out eevee's with growth. Were those not legal/non-transferable? because chlorophyll/growth leafeon and growth jolteon in the sun sound godlike. Let alone growth BP chains.

You cannot transfer Pokemon from the second and first generation to the third. It's a shame that Growth isn't one of Eevee's Egg moves to compensate.

Damn. Jolteon with any decent boosting moves would have been a pretty good late game sweeper.

Charge Beam is acceptable if you're using it for that purpose. Jolteon's movepool is pretty barren, so it can usually afford to drop something for it. Do keep in mind, though, that bulky grounds are common enough to dissuade frequent use of Electric STAB, and Hidden Power isn't enough to dispatch them from the field. Similarly, things like Florges, Quagsire, Mega Ampharos (<3), and Blissey (whenever it feels like dropping (because it's really bad lol)), can quickly end a Jolteon sweep, and aren't particularly easy to wear down.

I was aiming for 5IV Skarms and getting ones like:
HP, Attack, SD, Speed
HP, Defense, SD, Speed
Attack, Defense, SD, Speed
HP, Attack, Defense, Speed
HP, Attack, Defense, SD
...etc.
For months.

and 4 Boxes of Skarmory later one finally came through.

I'm giving all of them sans the perfect ones I get away via Blunder Trade.

If you want an imperfect baby Skarm with Brave Bird/Whirlwind, PM me before they all get Wonder traded away.

At least Skarm eggs don't take nearly as long to hatch as Larvitar eggs. I have like three boxes in Pokebank with imperfect Larvitars; I only had to grind eggs via the Lumiose method for a few days, but mannnnnnnnn did it take long.
