Ok this is getting old. You're obviously a new player/SWF member because I was half trolling, and half self-parodying myself.

I don't actually think I'm infallible or anything like that. The self-parody is that for some reason, I project that image on SWF, and decided to act that way in an ironic manner, and you being ignorant, was the unfortunate target of my boredom.

I do 100% believe that if you're not playing smash to be flashy, you would be better exerting your effort playing a game with a larger following. :)

one of the few times i agree with rubyiris. you shouldnt play this game unless you have fun/your name is m2k and you need money urgent!

also i dont think its possible to self parody yourself

i totally see that side of the argument.
i like the play to win mentality and everything that comes with it... BUT if you want to play really campy or flowchart-like to win, maybe a game with a more active community would suit you better.

i don't care if you play gay, straight, or crooked.
just play it and have fun. if winning in a "gay" way is fun, do it. CLOCK ME OUT

actually most of these last few pages have been pretty spammish

lol i just realized 'troll' has replaced 'spam'
along with many other things
troll is now some blanket term for like anything that may be incorrect, funny, sarcastic, unpopular, and bunch of other ****
geeze, this is why Webster needs to step in on these things and give us a definition before people's vocabularies get's reduced to 'tight' and 'troll'

*sigh* I take your point to a certain degree, and it was kind of obvious to me that you couldn't be serious after your last post. Uh...sorry for not picking up on your self-parody, I guess? I'll be more diligent in the future, I promise.

I agree with both points.

This is a falco discussion thread and so we should talk about Falco and what makes him cool.

As you said, Fsmash is ****. I like how ShizWiz often fsmashed fastfallers at low percent close the edge so that he could get an easy kill. I can't really remember how he got to those situations but I would guess that shining or utilting fastfallers at low percent near the edge while they don't DI towards the middle will make fsmashing possible.

I wish Shiz still played smash :(

Yeah fsmash *****

what doesn't **** though is walking forward and FSMASHING THE OTHER DIRECTION TO READ A ROLL and missing when you could have just reacted. Ditto goes for techrolls

please stop doing this if anyone still does this

It gives you +1 in flashiness though, if you pull it off ^^

Reacting is better but not as cool. Sometimes you just have to choose between being flashy or winning

Nono, if you want to be flashy, CHARGE the fsmash. Fsmash is really fast and you have time to charge it as they roll. (Though I still disapprove)

I swear I see the no charge fsmash read sometimes and it doesn't serve either purpose very well

edit: I suppose the walk -> no charge fsmash is useful if you think they'll run through you during invincibility though

A friend of mine who mains Falco would always charge f-smash the other way after respawning, and I always rolled into it. I had to mentally tell myself not to roll before it stopped.

Every now and then it still happens.

Unless I physically stop my fingers from moving I ALWAYS roll under someone after they respawn. I lose whole stocks that way.
Worst habit ever.

I have an odd bad habbit where I NEVER roll.

I actually have to force myself to roll, because there actually are times where you should. I traced this back to before melee even came out I used to play ssb64, and rolling sucks there, so I just never learned to ever use rolling.

It actually does hurt my game, though.
