Pokemon Battle! Which Pokemon deserves a Brawl spot the most?

Im thinking his final smash should be psychic and it would just be a tornado of telekinetic energy that envelopes the entire stage and destroys everybody caught in it.

A good FS for mewtwo would be that he uses telekinesis to lift all his enemies in the air. Then a light flashes and each character gets 50-70 damage each.
