Pokemon Battle! Which Pokemon deserves a Brawl spot the most?

I do somewhat like her, but personally she's my least favorite pokemon, althought I do prefer her over the I'C's who I really don't like

Yea when the guy used Jiggs i was like wtf? but then he wasn't half bad and i gained some respect for her. I just hope mewtwo is better cause i use him in smash fairly often but hes not my best, and i wish i could pwn with him in brawl like he should be able to.

fo' sho' I can't wait to pick out Charizard or Blaziken (if confirmed) and duke it out with you guys, and I believe that Brawl isn't going to be lag-free but I believe close to it

Hey what would lucario's final smash be if he got in? I think maybe he use like close combat or something and i guess it would be kinda like links FS but with kicks and punches instead.

in the movie he had to do with stuff from the past, maybe he would go back in time wen his opponents were babies and seriously spank them, then go back to present and they notice they're butts rele hurt...other than that maybe future sight or somethin...iono.

that would be priceless , but like deebz said I probably believe it to be a series of either punches or most likely kick for that matter, or maybe something to do with paralyzing opponents while using mind reader or something

IMO he should put his martial arts skills to the test because aura sphere will probably be like his b charge up like M2 so his final smash should be Close Combat(thats a strong move in pokemon i didnt make it up)

That will be aura sphere and im positive he'll have that at least plus he'll probably be a little slower than fox but stronger otherwise he should be a rather unique character.

Yea i know we've got a psychic link man, anyway deoxys is better than lucario and im glad hes been pokeballed cause statistically speaking attack deoxys is the fastest and most powerful pokemon in the game but he has terrible defenses and can actually be OHKO without him doing anything if you know how to handle him (I did that to some poor n00b online once it was sad)

I'll say Lucario is better, although at first I used to think Deoxys was better because of it's transformations which looked really interesting, I just hope maybe another playable pokemon will have some kind of powerful attack such as Hyper Beam

How is jigglypuff, pikachu and lucario any more deserving? except for yellow none of them had a big roll in the games. The only reason why pika and jiggly are in it is because of the fame they gained threw the anime. Pokemon trainer should had been in super smash bros since the very begging as he was the star of the game. Meowth has been in the series since the beginning and deserves his rightful place.

If only Rayquaza was playable (My 2nd Favorite poke after M2 even though i dont use any ubers online) he would dominate but he will likely be pokeballed cause both groudon and deoxys are already. I love that we own this thread

Im sure we will, Sakurai knows what hes doin. You guys remember me mentioning Arceus a while back well heres a link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arceus#Arceus. It doesn't say much cause hes not officially been revealed and stuff but he is the best of all pokemon even though he may not look like it. Just thought you'd like to know even though he almost definitely wont get in cause he hasnt been officially released in d/p.

Sorry i dont remember but even though meowth is popular in japan i would rather have lucario cause hes cooler and would be a way better fighter. I only voted for lucario because my choice wasn't on the list and hes the most likely to get in from the 4th gen

Remeber, one of our fellow posters mentioned that Pikachu, Moewth, and Jiggz are the most popular in anime. Also remeber this, Japan got a chance, to vote on which characters they would want to see in brawl (and im sure the whole world wants Fierce Diety Link from Majora's Mask, not to get off topic) and theres a chance that they may have elected moewth becuz the Japans ppl are Cat fetish fiend (no offense) and they are anime heads. Pretty much, our decisions here on who wants whatever pokemon/any character in brawl doesn't matter. We can only sit and hope that the Japanese made the rite choices

I'd say Lucario has the greatest chance of getting in. However, the only Pokemon who I think could really have a decent moveset in Smash are Gengar and Sandslash.

Gengar

B: Shadow Ball (much like Mewtwo's, this only applies if Mewtwo is gone)

Smash B: Night Shade (a little dark shade goes out a little, and after a few frames, anyone in it receives damage)

Up B: Shadow Force (disappears, then reappears wherever he aimed to and attacks [much like Zelda's Up B, except with the attack at the end])

Down B: Destiny Bond (a shadow extends a short distance forward on the ground and lasts a short period of time, if the opponet kills Gengar while he's in the shadow, he gets KO'd too, right after Gengar does [he goes flying off the screen like being hit by the baseball bat])


Sandslash

B: Sand Attack (he uses his claws to spray sand out in front of him for minimal damage, but a few frames of the foe being stunned)

Smash B: Slash (a quick Slash at the opponent, much like Bowser's Smash B except quicker and no stun)

Up B: Rising Claw (not a real Pokemon move, but Sandslash extends one claw out in the air and jumps, much like Marth's Up B)

Down B: Dig (Sandslash quickly digs underground until he is shown as magnified, then he moves underground and quickly comes up right where he wants to [if it's under the foe, it obviously does damage])

perhaps they are popular in the anime show, I see what you mean since Pikachu & Jigglypuff made it that way so it's possible, although I don't think it's "too" likely but again it is possible for Sakurai to put him in the third franchise which would make sense since he's so popular in the anime series

your gengar moveset does look interesting and would perhaps work, but again that only if Mewtwo is replaced which I believe is unlikey for Gengar to replace Mewtwo, but the idea of it sounds cool

Not necessarily though cause what else would u be doin now watchin tv?, playing video games?, or messin around on your computer? I used to have more of a social life but most of my friends went into the military and i worked a lot this summer thank god im going back to the U this weekend
