I'll speak my mind once again. I already spoke about the stages, so let's go with the rest of the stuff

fee prices on weeklys n tournies- now weeklys to me is more of the training for ny or whoever else wants train with other people. since people can't go to other people house like that this is why we have weeklies which is like training/mini tournies. tournaments are the big things that pull in big amounts of people and thatz where the highlights, upsets and **** talking comes into play.

fee prices on both weeklys and tournies- this is completely up to ya. ya choose on what ya think would be good. the more money you pay to get in, the more you get if you win, but the worse you feel if you lose. think about it and tell me your reasons on what the price should be.

I feel the fee prices should be 10 for Weeklies in terms of singles (5 for doubles). It's the basic type of what we've been doing. Plus it leaves the winner(s) something decent.

Now, as far as tournaments. It should be EITHER 15 or 20 dollars for singles and 10 dollars for doubles. I reccommand 15 for singles because it's a tournament. Not a MAJOR toury like FC, Pound, MLG, etc. we gotta treat it like such.

crew monthlies- i especially would love to see crews battle it out. thatz the whole point of having a crew right? i came into melee a bit late so i didn't get to see crew battles really. i don't count the ones that were happening in web2zone cause they wasn't offical. now i wanna make them offical. when i say crew monthly, that day alone is cater only to crews to play since there are more crews in this game. people can spectate for 5 dollars and play whenever theres a free tv. this would also be rank and let people know what crew is king of ny.... even if they ain't from ny. the crew that wins will have the title of being king of ny for that month, if u do not come the next month, that title is lost and your rank will lower. i'm not sure how the rank system will work, i also wanna do the rank system for weeklys if not, for sure on tournies also.

the fee for crew monthlies- wat the price should be and how do people feel about this? do you think it's fair that we cater a whole day to crews and not letting any other event take place? to me crews take awhile. the fee for spectators is fair to me, but how do ya feel? let me know ya opinions.

This...I'm not sure. (considering I'm not in a crew.) You have to understand how many is in a crew and whatnot. each crew is like 5+ players. and with more going to NY, I'm not sure if W2z can handle that many at one time. If everyone feels it could be done, then it should be the first or the last of a sunday.

taking up tvs.. should you be penalize? the weekly that just past, we only had 4 setups and a lil bit of time. alot of people were doing money matches and friendlys in which i was getting upset kind of and i started to get dizzy and have a headache, cause people don't listen. me personally i would rather finish the weekly/tourney first, then let everyone play.

should there be penalties to the people that don't listen... if so what the penalty should be? i don't wanna be strict, but i remember that day acemarth got mad, now i know why. people have to listen. we're to easy on ya and it's good for ya, but the people running the weekly/tourney has a harder time and it seems like ya don't care. state your opinions on this matter.

If people won't listen, I suggest if people don't listen, you should give them penalty. If they don't listen the first time, give them a warning. The second time, REFUND their money ask them to leave, as they won't be allowed to spectate (unless ya want them to.) If they start something, but they played the first round or are in the loser's bracket, refund half of their money. If they act up, but have played the toury and lost, tell them to leave. NO refund.

now i don't think i should put this in... but i'm gonna do it anyway. now we know web2zone takes alot of money out the pot and gives us a somewhat of a bad time limit.

do ya feel we should do something about this? state your opinions and if u feel it's bad which most of ya will lol. state what should be done? should we should weeklys on a saturday for more time or sunday? what percentage of the pot should be taken out? state your opinions.

It should stay the way it is for the most part. The only thing that's a problem is that we're going over the limit. and once we learn TO listen, there shouldn't be a problem. Weeklys should stay as a friday and saturday should be toury-only.

do you think winning by percent cause time wasted or winning by having a stock more than your opponent? honestly i think that's corny to win by percentage, number one, even with 3 stocks this game takes to long and it just becomes a spamming game. i for one say be a man and fight. win by a stock over. state ya opinions on wat ya feel is good to have. plus we don't have time like that at the store for that non-sense.

Regardless, if the time runs out and no stocks or anything was lost, the match would move onto a 1 stock match (no time limit needed). The winner of that match wins the round/set

Ah....Its been a while since I posted in here. Well i read the rules and all. I cant give my opionon on it just yet since I dont play this game alot like the rest of you. With lil info I have of this game. I can't give a startight answer on the rules until I am fully use to it and play it alot like the rest of you feinds

I bought brawl yesterday. But I dont have a Wii. I'll have one anyday from today till March 17 ( my B-day). This should give me enough time to catch up with the rest of you since I will be looking through this game in and out. Playing alone, making up stuff, yadda yadda. Up late if I got nothing to do the next day in training mode getting use to stuff and learning.

If I have my wii by friday, I'll bring it to the weeklyi with my copy of brawl. But I think there should be an even amount of set ups for both melee and brawl. Melee I still play alot. I will be playing both game equally. And I can easlily switch back and fourth with both games. So no johns here about that. I already put it to the test and I play just Peachy in both.

I'm left behind so just let me get my wii and catch up. And once again, i will only main Peach and use only her in tournaments. No counter picking for me, thats another reason I cant really answer on my opinion right now. My Peach is not all that now, but once I get the wii, I should be on point hopefully.

Also I dont mind having people over my house to play brawl if they dont have it. Just state time and date and its done. I'll state my input on these rules soon people right now I am a beginner so give me time

ightt listen up. i mess up this weekly, but not postin up rules n stages. this weekly comin up there needs to be order. number one rules this is the first thing i'm gonna ask which has to do with stages. now i'm gonna do a poll and see the results of this. when i put this up i want your reason of banning or not banning.

d1 got mad, cuz i pick port town on him...... now he said a couple of things while we was playing i didn't like, but i let it go cuz i know he was mad. port town is not hard of a stage and the cars only come in 4 parts which each part can be avoided. i can show ya the parts that you can avoid it in and the way it comes.

i'm doing 2 bans and stage strike. i see no problems in this cause the amount of stages in this game. now if you feel this is bad... state a good reason why and if u agree with me let me know also. this is game is to new and anyone can take it. also i ain't touchin that classic controller anymore lol.

back to things. now how do people feel about king.... dedede as the american version sayz chain throw? it can go up to 999 percent on normal and heavy people and the only way of it messin up, is by tripping or the guy messing it up. now although infinites are usually in this game, i don't care if this infinite is in or not. just that theres no reverse grabs, powershield is easier and more useful in this game, his grab range is close to dk and theres no d.i to his throw.

should there be a limit to king dedede throw or should it stay as an infinite? give me good reason why it should be ban or why should it stay.

now the whole character n stage select. to me i don't agree this at all. i feel like the first person that wins the round, wins the set. why if u lose should you be able to pick character and stage? people complain about how a stage is unfair or ruins the battle, but that **** right there is unfair. that's givin the person that lost to much options and like i said, whoever won the first round most likely has it in the bag.

should character and stage select transfer from melee to brawl? i gave my reason. give me your reasons and let me know if this should stay or go. to me also this is a new game... just some rules from melee shouldn't apply to this game. movin on...

stage strike 2.0- this will only work if character and stage select is off. now i will like to add this if character and stage select is off. stage strike is basically a one time thing that you use on random/neutral stages. now stage strike 2.0 will work like this, if u didn't use your stage strike in the first round and the person picks a character, he cannot pick stage. so random/neutral stages are in effect. now if u save your stage strike, in the second in which you lost the first, if you don't like the stage that came up, you can use your stage strike and ban that stage for that round.

now if character and stage select is off, should stage strike 2.0 be in effect or the regular stage strike from melee be in effect. please let me know how u feel and state your opinions on what will work better.

real brawls or real stage destructions lol. now i don't need anyone opinion on this. i'm just stating this. if you hit someone or destroy the store. you will be ban and if you spray paint the walls, break a wall, break a chair, break the wii or whatever... you will pay for the damages. plain and simple. have respect for players, the store and especially the host that are throwing the weeklys/tournies.

I say:

1. Shadow Moses and Bridge should be on teams not singles.

2. The F-zero stage should be a counter pick.

3. I alreadly explained my opinion on DDD im not repeating myself.

4. If a person loses a match they should have priority to choose either a counter pick character or stage not both.

5. Fees should be $10 for singles and $5 (each) for teams.

6. If time runs out and one player has less % damage it shouldn't matter. Both players have to start the match with 1 stock each.

2 banns for both players is not that good in my opinion. Last week it took forever with me and shin to get a stage that was not banned at the start. **** there was hardly anything good to play on. If you want 2 banns in for each make sure there is a good amount of stages to play on. This is just me though.
